Rug looks beautiful,delivery great,but lacked in informing you of your rug delivery.I had to call and was told they sent me e-mails when they really didn't, not until I called.But the woman on the phone straightened it out and yes I would buy from them again.

Great experience so far...have only received some samples, but I appreciate the size of the samples and the little gift bag included (tape measure, string, suggestions, etc).
