All I'd asked for was a sample. We received it as expected.
The material is inexpensive quality at a high price. $70-80 a sq yd for that low quality material isn't what I was seeking.
$1000 for two runners is crazy...
So no, I won't be ordering from you.

Absolutely love the rugs! My has been is encouraging me to buy some more!:-)
I am disappointed in the rug. Every time you walk on it your footprints make a mark on it, and it looks dirty. Also. Stain are not as easy to get out as I had thought as the rug is nylon.

Loved being able to pick up and customize my rug! The billing page was a small issue though, and hope there won't be a problem. The shipping address stated the US on the confirmation page, but when I submitted it, it said Canada.

The rugs arrived as promised, and they are perfectly sized and beautiful. Our spaces were odd-sized, so we had no choice but to order custom-made rugs. How awesome to have such amazing options for designing attractive rugs that fit our décor AND the space!

When I finally decided on the rugs I wanted, the order went smoothly. I love the rugs and have a thumbs up from all our children and grandchildren. The rugs are in our beach house and will be put to the test!
This is a very high quality rug that we use for a runner in front of couch. It is very thick and very nice to walk on and could not ask for anything of better quality

This is my second order! Love the rug from my first order
First of all, the two rugs took longer than promised. Then, one day after I was told they would be shipped, I got a call saying they were going into production but the material for one of the rugs was faulty so I either had to use the same fabric for both of my two rugs or wait at least another week for one of them. I chose to go with the same fabric, but did not anticipate that you would use the same border material as well. So the rugs were late and one was not what I had ordered. Other than that the rugs were perfect.
It was a great experience and I love the final product!
