Easy to use, wish there was a larger selection
Have purchased in the past and love it so I am back! The color is right on and the material was exactly as expected so I have no doubt that this new one will also be perfect. I received a request to confirm delivery 7 days before it actually arrived.
Perplexed about color, texture, quality... fret no more, order the samples you'd like to compare. Super easy, comes with border color samples too. A no brainer
Limited option in sizes from other vendors. Great site and easy to use. Samples were very helpful to have even though the products will not work for the area in which we hoped they would. We have a door that cannot be altered and when opened there is not enough clearance to pass over the rug. Will definitely keep your site in mind for future purchases.

I requested samples only and therefore did not pay anything. The samples weren't the feel of rug that I was looking for, so I chose not to place an order. That's why you order samples though! The process was smooth, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this store if I need the type of rugs sold there.
