Don't even waste your money on "Express Shipping". Ordered last Friday, here it is almost a week later and all I've been able to get is a tracking number that shows zero movement and that it hasn't even been picked up. I'll be more than happy to update this review once I actually get my product, but right now I'm about to cancel and report them to the BBB.

*Update* Was refunded the cost of express shipping and customer service agreed to ship express at zero cost. Not too happy with the whole experience, but at least they are making it right.

*Final Update* Took almost two weeks to receive the product, but everything showed up in perfect condition. Also included was a little gift for the inconvenience. Couldn't be more happy with the product as well as Freeze Pipes willingness to make things right. Thank you!

I don't know how they are in business. My item was never delivered. I was home all day waiting and it never came. Freeze Pipe was at no help and I'm just out $70. Not to mention it took almost two weeks to ship.

Hi, I purchased the freeze pipe hoping that the reviews on there website would live up to what people were saying, this pipe is terrible! I normally smoke out of a bong and wanted to try out this pipe, I put it in the freezer for hours because will was confused why it hit so rough, basically the same as any other dry pipe. To me this pipe with the frozen liquid in the center did nothing, and the smoking with it just hurts, it is so rough that now basically I have a $80 paper weight. I would not recommend this product at all. I will no longer trust fake reviews on a products website. You know it's a red flag when they don't allow consumers to write reviews on the website.

After placing my order I waited for weeks to get my shipping confirmation and never got it. So I emailed their customer service which took over a week and a half to get a reply. I wanted to cancel my order at this point, but my order had conveniently "just shipped out."

The company advertises that it is American glass and says "thick high quality" every where. When my order came in it clearly had made in China stickers on it and the glass was straight up as thin as paper in areas. This is just terrible and dishonest all around.

Got the freeze pipe recycler for Christmas, and what can I say it is the best hitting piece for the price. Any other glass pieces I have been looking at come nowhere near the price and quality of the freeze pipe recycler.

Would definitely recommend it.

One of my favorite pieces! Not only is the glass beautiful to look at, but the function is insane. Definitely going to have to get myself another Freeze Pipe piece.

I have ordered from freeze pipe a few times and have yet to encounter a problem. The pieces do what they are supposed to. The quality of the glass is great, have knocked it over a few times and luckily haven't seen any fractures.

I wish i had read more reviews before buying the bubbler.the glass connecters break very easily when you connect the bubbler to the coil piece. When i contacted them they said just buy another one and i would get the same deal as the first time. This is a gimmick product from china, not good quality.it seems like this happens quite regularly, all ending by saying very very bad customer service. Just in case there is an ambiguity my advice is stay away from this product and the company

I spent $229 on a freeze pipe recycler, that broke within a couple days after receiving it. The freeze pipe its very cheaply made and not worth the price. Customer service will not do anything. But tell you due to their nature they can't give you a refund or anything else that's why they have an F with the Better Business Bureau over the same complaints stay away from freshetech unless you don't have a problem Donating money to white-collar criminals
