This company takes your money, prints a shipping label, and then sits on your order for weeks. Look at their reviews on BBB, where they got an "F" rating. Looking at the list of customer complaints you will see that the company lies profusely to customers with the worst faith possible; multiple times the company responded to complaints of non receipt of items by saying the item was shipped, which is a lie as most customers gave screenshots from USPS showing that a label was printed but the item was never shipped. Incompetence or deliberate theft? I don't know and don't care. They don't deserve my or your hard earned money! They have no customer service phone either.
Never received product. Got the run around from them and the shipping "insurance " company. Don't waste your time or money
You will purchase, never get shipping info, until you contact support 4 business days later. You are forced to download the shop app to even view shipping. Then, they will reply and provide shipping info, which UPS never receives your parcel, and still hasn't as of writing. 13 days later (ordered 1/6), You will contact your bank to dispute because they do not reply anymore, report freeze pipe to BBB. And wonder how they're still selling things online. All of which is waaaay beyond the estimated 5-8 business days for shipping, touted by their website. This business needs to quit conducting their shoddy business. Buyer beware.
My order was Dec 14. A tracking number printed on Dec 19. As of today Jan 9th no transit has occurred. I've only received one response to several emails asking about this order. That response was 5 days ago claiming a "slip" was at the warehouse and order being packaged. Yet No transit so far?!
I need customer service for my product i ordered from these asshats but i have not yet received it, and I ordered expedited shipping and tracking says it is still in Orlando where it has never left. I tried being patient but no one has contacted me back I left several emails and used you social media handles for contact as well. NOTHING!?!are you serious? $300 for a bing n I get zero customer service for almost 2 weeks!? I am a small business owner my self this is a huge F for this company. Will be bankrupt if this is how they operate. People save your money n buy from literally anyone else…. FYI still no freeze pipe I've ordered. I have had to buy another bing as a replacement to my replacement, thanks d-bags
I bought a pipe from the company and it was never shipped out. Attempted to contact customer service twice with no response. I am forced to report this transaction with my cc company to get my money back. Was really hoping I could leave a positive review
Ordered on 12/18, paid expedited shipping to receive prior to Christmas - label created on 12/19 and "awaiting pickup"... here it is 1/3/2024 and it is still "awaiting pickup". Total BS. Buy local and forget these people.
They take your money and never send out your product. No one ever returns your emails or picks up the phone.
Paid for my order on the 24th of December with express shipping and still haven't received it. According to other reviews, this seems normal to them. I wouldn't recommend them at all. I hope this gets resolve quickly. Please, don't spend your hard earned money with them. If they don't answer me back today then I will dispute this transaction with my bank.
Bought my girlfriend an enail for her birthday, after less than a month of use, under normal use, and being very diligent in cleaning it, the bottom of it cracked when she pulled it out to clean it. I sent photos of how it seems the plastic must have had a defect and inquired about replacement parts. I was told there are no replacement parts, as cleaning it will prevent any issue. I said, well there was an issue. I feel like it's a quality piece, so I don't want to say your product is trash, I just want a way to fix it or get a new one. All I was offered was 50% off, of the originally $100.
No phone support, only through emails, and it took multiple attempts to even get through whole conversations.
First off I paid for prom shipping came late, get the bong it's down steam clogs because filter holes are way to small. Then the thing wouldn't come apart and broke by the stem of the bong. Got maybe 2 months of use of this product before it's crapes out. I would never buy from them again. They suck. Really cool concept though
I hadn't received my order within the estimated delivery time which is fine but the explanation of we fill the customer orders that choose express shipping first made no sense I mean dose that mean my money was not worth the effort to ship the item to arrive in 5 to 8 days.
Love the cold smoke still kinda coughing but I get a much bigger hit. Wish it was a little smaller kinda big for my hands and I am clumsy. But I have showed it off to all my 420 friends.
No other company makes products that match both quality and price point. Freeze pipe has engineered their own corner of the cannabis market and they do it better than anyone else. As with most quality things, from time of purchase to the time it arrives has habitually taken 2-3 weeks no matter the shipping option chosen. That aside, these guys are the lick.
The hottest harshest hits I've ever had the exact opposite as advertised they won't refund and tell me its not defective I have photos of me talking to customer support and if it's not defective then their products must be crap I really really wanted this pipe to be as good as advertised I gave it a few chances before reviewing and this is the first time I've even been disappointed with something enough to provide a negative review I don't like doing but I had to say something about this.
The product arrived well intact and operates just as the manufacture stated.
I paid for 2-4 day shipping and my package isn't coming after double the time. I would love to actually review the product if I had it but paying for shipping that they didn't give me has completely ruined the experience for me.
I bought a speaker from them several years ago. Now they sell pipes bubblers and bongs. I bought 2 bubblers from them. Love them.
I ordered the 6 arm bubbler and glycerin coil. The glycerin coil was malformed and kinked so it was virtually unusable. After quite a bit of back-and-forth with customer service they agreed to send me a new one when it came into stock. However the same day I got a marketing text that said all products are in stock and ready to ship. So when I wrote them back and said that they said oh well that's you know not really true because this is part of a set so we will have to break the set up to give it to you. So that's BS because you can order the item individually on their website so it's not part of a set that so that was just another lie. Anyway the second one was defective just like the first and I pressed on and they sent me a third which was also defective. So three times three were bad. And then I still trying to enjoy the 6 alarm bubbler and it fell over just sideways on my coffee table and cracks completely. Internally. The strength of the glass must be minimal so save your money
