Not All That!

The freeze pipe does really well at cooling the smoke! It freezes fast, but it also thaws out really fast. I bought a freeze pipe sleeve to help it stay cooler longer but it really doesn't. For one thing the sleeve is too small. It doesn't adequately cover the freeze section. All in all, on a scale of 1 - 10, I would give the freeze pipe a 2. My water bong does just as good a job as cooling the smoke as the freeze pipe and it last a whole lot longer. You actually would need three freeze pipes to make it efficient. One in the freezer, one that you are using and one being cleaned. For the price you pay for each pipe, I personally don't think it's worth it.

I'm really disappointed I spent this much money on something that broke so soon. It hit great before it suicided itself. After less than a year my unit has developed a bunch of cracks where the banger connects to the base. The unit has never been dropped and it never travels further than 40 feet from my office. Best I can figure is the heat from the torch mixed with the cold from the water heat cycled the glass to death. Either way I've never had glass break like this in over two decades of smoking.

I recently placed an order with Freeze Pipe on December 27th, and I am extremely disappointed with the entire shipping/ customer service experience. It has been almost a month since I made the purchase, and I still haven't received the item I ordered.

To make matters worse, I received a shipping notification from the company on Tuesday 1/16, stating that I shouldn't check the tracking status right away because the item had just been sent out. So I waited 24hrs to check the status. On Wednesday, then Thursday, again on Friday, and even Saturday, then again on Monday, a full week later I checked 1/23 Tuesday morning. Each time I checked, I was met with the same frustrating message that the label had been created, but the item had not been shipped. Such B.S. This inconsistency in their communication and the lack of progress with shipping is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

As a customer, I expect timely and efficient service, especially when it comes to shipping. Waiting almost a month for a product is simply unacceptable, especially when I've paid for it. I am genuinely frustrated with the delay and the lack of transparency from Freeze Pipe regarding the shipment status.

Furthermore, the fact that I purchased the pipe for a good friends birthday on 1/16 added insult to injury. It has caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration on my part, and it reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

I strongly urge Freeze Pipe to improve their shipping process and provide more accurate and timely updates to customers. Transparency and effective communication are crucial in maintaining customer trust and satisfaction. As for my experience with Freeze Pipe, I am deeply dissatisfied, and I will not consider ordering from them in the future.

In conclusion, Freeze Pipe's shipping process has been a complete disappointment. The significant delay, coupled with the lack of transparency and inconsistent updates, has resulted in a frustrating experience. I hope that Freeze Pipe takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to rectify their shipping issues to ensure a better experience for their customers in the future.

My Freeze Pipe experience did not start great as I received the wrong piece. Customer service responded but then there was a long wait period. I did hear from Freeze Pipe and have emailed back and forth a few times since; I got the bubbler and I love it; the slide design is unique. Highly recommend them, and plan to purchase more products in the future.

This company is horrible. From their quality all the way to their customer service. They take FOREVER to ship you your product. When you tell them you want to cancel the order, they magically ship it out a few hours later. They will send you a tracking number immediately but never actually ship your product for a month. And I'm sure I would still be waiting if I didn't tell them I want to cancel my order. They are a scam company. I do not recommend. Their products are cheap.

I am enraged by this companies piss-poor customer service. I wasn't able to get what I really wanted, as they were sold out (maybe remove an item if you're never going to carry it again). Ordered my GF's big present on Christmas night. Confirmed on Tuesday(26th). They had me download an app called 'shop', which is basically the most useless, infuriating tracking system I've ever seen. (why not just use usps? Or...literally ANYTHING that actually TRACKS your package!) On Thursday, I downloaded the app, which informed me my package was delivered. Only it wasn't. I sent an email during their listed business hours (9 a.m. specifically), and got an automated response some one would be in touch soon. Never happened. Got a weird update in email, looked like once again it had been delivered Saturday, only no. I paid $ for 2-4 day shipping. That boat has sailed. I'm still not sure if my bubbler is stolen or not. No clue what company was doing the delivery (as I have a very special hell planned for any sticky-fingered drivers)... I just don't know wtf is actually going on. The fact I'll have to wait until Tuesday at best to find out anything is bull$#*!. At this point, the bubbler could be god's gift to earth, and it won't mean $#*! to me. I'll never do business with this company again. Do yourself a favor... find a headshop, ask them to special order you one, and let them deal with the aggravation.

This COMPANY sucks!

So took over 24hrs to receive my confirmation e-mail with the wrong purchase date 5-7 days shipping, took way longer almost 2 weeks! Ordered freeze pipe revolver, koosie, and extra bowl! Koosie is JUNK pipe just rolls around the table! They replied it covers the feet on some pipes, NO it overlaps on the bottom and unless those feet are legs it junk and they know it. Told them that's why they sent me an extra. Went to poorly review their junk and realized it come with 2 bowls so I got shorted A bowl on top of it! Pipe gets 5 stars company gets 1!

Freeze pipe pieces are a bs.
Way overpriced the quality is horrible, the coils don't even stay cold for longer than 5 minutes. I have a few freeze pipe pieces so I am experienced with there trash quality.

So I bought 2 bubblers kit as birthday gifts one for me and my son paid for express shipping also received the bubblers on the 05-27-2023 at 11 am, put mine in the freezer for one hour like they say started using this lovely piece mind u it is a nice piece but reason for one star is on the 05-28-2023 took it out the fridge use it a few times place it on a plastic bin and all of a sudden I hear this crack mind u I have not touch or hit this pipe in any way or form I just hear a crack pipe is done so I sent support and email about this seeing I've only had it for just 24 hours and it is finish along with pics and stuff where the coil broke waited 2 days for a response saying this it's not a normal issue please buy another one here like are u people for real I've had this thing for 24 hours and it is done I got a defective piece and it is done after 24 hours of barley use I am very disappointed and angry with this company 24 hours and my bubble is done and no help nor a replacement I am dissatisfied with this company.

I bought a dab pipe set that included an electric e-nail. The electric e-nail stopped working maybe a month or so in so I emailed customer service about what can be done. Noone answered any emails for over a month. After emailing again a third time I finally got an answer. I was told there was a 30 day warranty for faulty items and they would not replace it but give me a discount off. There is literally no

Customer service text number? Disconnected.
Business phone number? Disconnected. You get an email adress and that's it, where hopes for a response go to die.

Customer service being gone wouldn't seem like a problem only orders are shipping out of their warehouse so slowly, that the shipping labels expire before they go out. End result is you make a multi hundred dollar purchase and you see that a label was created and it goes no where for over a month. You inquire and if you are lucky a week later you get a response apologizing with zero status info. Seems like a scam, and if it isn't then it's a company that is falling apart so badly that there's barely any difference. Steer clear.
