The Fragrance Shop

Ordered some perfume in store on the 11/12/15. Because the store had run out of what I wanted the very helpful shop assistant ordered it for me on line. The order was supposed to be delivered before the 16th, nothing. Having spent the best part of 3 hours trying to get through to customer service I travelled 30 miles to the store and tried to get it sorted. Long story short, having spoken to several different staff, finally managing to get through to customer services and being assured my deliver would be here before Christmas -it isn't. The staff have taken 3 different phone numbers and 2 email addresses but haven't even had the decency to call back. Only given this lot 1 star so I could write a review. The stores seem fine but don't bother with the on line and forget the customer service they just don't seem to cars.

I called FragranceShop yesterday after waiting in a que for 55 minutes. Only to be told they didn't have my itesm in stock. AFTER taking my money. Guy named Stephen was really nice and said I would get a refund immediately. I'm now sat here the next day. Nothing. Currently calling them again to query my refund. This is a day before xmas. I never leave reviews but seriously where else can i go to warn others not to shop here. Wow. Merry Christmas isn't it.

I ordered perfume on April 19th. I contacted them when it didn't arrive over a month later. No one could locate the package and after having me call every carrier, had me fill out a insurance form. I promptly filled it out and returned it to them. They assured me within 5-7 days a replacement would be shipped. This all transpired on May 26,2015. Now it is June 30th, I haven't heard another word from them and nothing has arrived. I called customer service and the associate hung up on me. I can't believe this place! Seems like a scheme to rip people off who don't stay on top of things. I strongly warn others about buying from Frangranceshop.com

I ordered as a birthday present two weeks before birthday and it took twice as long to get my order as predicted (almost a month to get the order) and when I finally received the product there was a bug in the bottle. They did not care about the long shipping time and would not return the shipping fee. They did not care about the bug in the bottle and said it was the manufacturers problem. I will never order from there again. Awful customer service, awful shipping speed, and subpar products. Buyer beware!

Absolute disgrace poor customer service fob u off first and last time i would ever shop at the fragrance shop newcastle 3 weeks waiting for purfume only to be told they dont have it but i could have other for double the price its cost me more in phone calls and bus fares than it would of the purfume

Sell fake perfume. I never experience a rash after using any perfumes, but when I spray the DG Rose the one which I bought from this website, it burned my skin and gave me a rash. I have to quickly washed off with soap and put on cortisone cream right away. I contacted the customer services, they never gave me the shipping label for return. So I have to pay it myself to ship it back to them. When they refunded my money, they did not refund the total amount, they deduct the shipping cost out of it too. This business is seriously not want customer to come back for them. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This company is a scam! They do not sell genuine perfume! I ordered Flowerbomb at a SLIGHT discount, for $94! When I received the bottle right off the bat something was odd because there was no name or description on the bottom of the bottle. I thought, no big deal as I ordered a tester, which I was told, was the exact same perfume minus the fancy packaging... WRONG,! I could tell this perfume was a FAKE as soon as I sprayed and the scent was gone in 15 minutes! I called immediately and demanded a refund! I was issued an RA # however, in speaking with the CSR, she told me that since it was a tester, maybe it was old... Really? For $100 I expected mire! But... I gave them the benefit of the doubt when she told me she would send me a regular bottle vs, the tester for the same price... Fine! So I waited... She told me as soon as she saw the UPS return process by email. She would send it... ANOTHER LIE,! So I waited... Imagine my surprise when I received an email that said. Sorry we are out of stock so we will be refunding your card! Great! This is what I wanted to begging with... So I waited... Nothing! So I called and asked for a mgr who then had the nerve to tell me that now they couldn't refund me because the bottle was a 3rd empty... WHAT.? I was shocked... I have contacted and filed a complaint with the NJ BBB! This is absolutely by far the worst company I have ever dealt with! All of the positive reviews here have to be FAKES... JUST LIKE THEIR PERFUMES! WARNING,! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You will regret it!

I purchased a bottle of Creed Aventus and they sent me a FAKE! I know for SURE that it was a fake for the following reasons:

- countless spelling mistakes on the back of the box
- bogus, made-up, lot # on box does not match typical Creed Aventus product
- black label sticker on bottle was glued on crooked (poor quality)
- spray cap did not have "CREED" engraved on it
- plastic seal under spray cap was all black; on original Creed it is ALWAYS white

I do not expect all these discrepancies on a bottle that sells for over $300. Quality control from Creed would NEVER allow it. As an owner of 3 other Creed colognes, I can tell a real one from a fake one. They were "kind" enough to refund me the cost of the fragrance, but they never refunded shipping cost to deliver me a FAKE or to send it back to them.

I guess I'm lucky I "only" lost $30 dealing with them, compared to how much $$$ other consumers have lost. AVOID OR GET RIPPED OFF!

Buchanan Galleries (Glasgow) Store: I am a young oriental man, went in today to the shop as i saw a good offer on Ralph lauren aftershave. I got in to the shop and was greeted by a good looking young female (cashier) with short dark hair, i replied Hi, (there were 2 other females customers in the shop till (mother and daughter) at that moment) finishing paying for their goods assumed. I continued questioning her about this offer. This shop cashier/assistant did not have a clue what i was on, and its not my english/ communication problem! May be to her i just look like another "foreigner" in Glasgow (i have live in scotland for 15 years). She ignored me completely as if am a yellow brick wall! I dont know whether its my appearance or maybe she is a new staff or maybe its not her day today and its nearly "home time". Luckily another female (long dark hair) staff who helped me out & resolve my enquiry. At the end, i got the item i wanted however it hits me of what experience & treatment i just went through when i stepped out of the store. Overall, i will not/ think again before i stepped into the shop next time and maybe use another shop. I rather pay extra £20 more in another store rather than getting treated like today.

I wrote on their Google+ wall and facebook wall. No response from them!

First, the website seems like a good deal- the prices are reasonable and not too cheap to heighten your senses that you might be purchasing a fake. So I decided to take a leap of faith before reading the reviews below. I can concur with those who stated the perfume is not authentic. I have been wearing dolce and gabanna light blue for years... Years! I know what the smell is supposed to be and I know that it is supposed to last more than 20 mins. The bottle I bought was only dollars cheaper than a REAL bottle. Do not buy from this website, unless you don't mind throwing your money into a fake perfume.

I ordered a 4 items on sale from this company almost a month ago and after the delivery driver lied that the parcel was delivered to my neighbor, which never happened and had now causes a rift between my neighbour and I. FS.com contacted DPD who said they must have delivered to a wrong place and then tried to re-deliver the parcel 18days later but I advised I am not at home ( i have a job) and thus asked for it to be redelivered to a collect plus since they had the option. I was then told that could only happen If had the order sent back to them and then they will resend it out.

4 days after I check the status online and it shows that the items have been returned, no refund processed and not re-delivery in place. I call the customer service line and they tell me the person who said it could be delivered no longer works for the company ( leaves the company in 4days very convenient) and that I will have to re-order the items now that the prices have gone up at the new prices and that they cant re-order them at the prices paid at the time and all this with me paying again as the refund has not even been processed.

I have learnt my lesson with this company and I will stay away and advise anyone who loves their sanity to do same. I will never recommend any family or friend to this website and will do well to discourage anyone I know trying to buy from them.

I had placed an order with this store and it took forever for it to be processed. Don't bother emailing them neither because you will never get a response. Seemed pretty fishy so I canceled it. I will make sure to see a full refund on my credit card. This is the worst online store experience I have ever had. They take your money and ***t all over you without responding to any emails. AT ALL! Thats unprofessional. Oh, and I rated it a star because I had too in order to proceed with my review. I give it no stars!
