My experience with The First Group Collection was a very good trip that I would like to repeat as soon as possible.

From First Day We Meet Your Colleague Tatiana Dudzik, We Get Good Experience In Dubai, About Your Company The First Group, We Planning To Explore Dubai, Small Investment In (The First Group), About Your Site I Can Say Perfect.

The session was time consuming and the concept of aria membership for 30 years looks unrealistic since it is based on time share basis and not Vacation ownership basis

Editing my travel request was simple and well guided.

I had a great introduction about the real estate and how it works in Dubai specifically for First Group. Very clear about what they do but too ambitious and pushy trying to close a customer.
The two last guys became unprofessional and agitated trying to close a deal and could not take no for an answer showing clear signs of annoyances, forgetting that is business you win some you lose some. But will definitely invest with the Group in the near future provided I make the deal with the lady who was showing me around, the guys presented themselves unprofessional Regards

Hotel options, dates, and additions options are so limited.

Everything was great except the final person who seemed too jump to judgements too fast. I understand selling techniques but I think it would benefit the relationship greatly if one doesn't leave with a bad taste in the end. My recommendation would be to offer the customer whatever you want to offer and also offer them a bit of breathing space if they ask for it. If they want to think about it, encourage them to think about it instead of looking disappointed and dejected. Keep the same welcoming demeanor, this will make the potential client more relaxed and trusting. I usually do not write reviews but I think it was due because first group put in a lot of effort so I'm extending the courtesy back. Hope this helps.
