Horrible customer service. I submitted my request to have hotel confirmation waited for three weeks and have to call multiple time to ask. Poor communication with customers and bad ettiguet.
Please be carefull to deal with this company or its staff ( bunch if liers). They will robbe u as much as they can. They have stands in dubai airport and malls. Be carefull. I bought a hotel package from them last year for this year. However, its was not what I bought and requested refund. Untill now, no refund as well as I cant use the package I paid as they cancelled. Someobe promised to refund but no communication since february.
I dont have my money, no package and no communication.
Allah will take them to hell.
