I didn't have any idea of planning vacation when Mr Fouad called from Dubai, it was late evening, I was explained thoroughly about the product. Before I was convinced, I had transferred the amount. That's it.

Please help me get two rooms internally connected for the two packs that I have activated and both should be for the 26th as my tickets are booked.
There is no option for the type and facing of rooms. Preferences not asked for.
