أثناء شرح الباقة لنا وقبل الإشتراك بالعضوية, فهمت ان الباقة تشمل الإفطار و العشاء لشخصين طيلة الإقامة و في المطاعم التي تتبع The First Group؟ و الآن اتضح لنا أن العشاء ليومين فقط؟!

First time, not able to compare yet. 3 stars is an estimated figure

I took out a travel insurance policy with The First Group (Dubai Lifestyle Experience) 3 months ago. The precaution I was given was to give notice at least 14 days before my departure. Which I did. But I'm surprised at how long it takes (at least 5 days) to provide me with the references of the hotel where I'm staying. I thought that 24 hours at the most would be enough. What's more, I'm even being offered alternative pick-up dates even though my travel dates have already been set.

My experience with The first Group is extremely good

The sales rep was 40 minutes late. Rushed through a presentation which was supposed to be for an investment opportunity but showed us some holiday package and refused to drop us back to the hotel that had been confirmed previously
Appreciate what you're trying to do but the entire thing execution is terrible for

Everything was fine until we used the Dubai Lifestyle package we bought. Your after sale service was nothing but pathetic. Despite requesting on numerous times to have our activities booked beforehand, we were told we had to book upon arrival. It was all done last minute and due to the delay we could not take advantage of all activities. We travelled with a 3 year old child and i am 6 months pregnant. Everything was done last minute and i had to do all the chasing with your advisor Soumia every single day. She would not pick my calls or respond in a prompt manner. As we could not do the Safari or the Museum of the Future, we requested to change the activity. It was changed but to very low standard activities such as boat cruise. Boat was another pathetic experience. The boat itself was breaking apart, music system was not working well, food was so poor very few options and mostly indian. No quality whatsoever! When asked to change hotels, we were told there was no availability when in fact we visited the waterfront hotel and they said they could book us in! When asked her to book us a restaurant she told me to book it myself! Very very uncomfortable situation you guys have put us in. I could write a diary of issues we faced in Dubai.

Our commercial was very helpful and gave us all needed guidance during the whole experience

The agent did an awesome job on explaining about the product. The product that they are advertising are on a very high quality with competitive prices.

Your company did not allow me to take my paid holiday even though I called beofre the expiry date to take it a month later

We had our jet ski tour today. We had a great time. Our group leader, his name is Stalin, was attentive and fun. He took great pictures of us in front of famous resorts. We rented two jet skies. Very happy with company.

First group has a very supportive, hardworking and efficient team that works with both its clients and potential clients to give them the best experience while transacting
