1) False promises: I hav ebeen contacted by your colleague Benamar Benabderrahmane at City Centre diera, Mall. He appraised me about investment opportunities with The First Group and as token of our time spent on visiting their project, we will get Dinner vouchers and stay vouchers for 2 nights. We never got any diner vouchers, despite various messages to Benamar over whatsapp.
2) Wrong sales pitch: I was interested in investment proposition in one of your hotel rooms etc. However, another colleague took us for hospitality and time sharing spent - I do not know why and his behavious was completely rude once we said we were not interested in Time sharing concept BUT we were intended to be discussing only Investment opportunities.
Courteous approach at the beginning with appointment scheduled to our request. Vehicle arrived on time and the representative was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Showed the properties and explained well the investment proposal.
