I received a call when they advertise. They help me when i lost the email and send me the account link. After i add me preferences i recwived ean email that someone will contact me in 5 business days but no one does. And i have no clue how to follow up. How do you want me to rate the experience in a survey before completing your task!
I'm amazed so many fall for these fairy tale investment returns they promise. The salesmen are so fake and two faced it's laughable. The presentation so unprofessional

I booked a reservation on January 6. No one from First Group has contacted me to confirm my hotel stay. Is it First Group practice to allow weeks to go by without contacting members. I have sent 11 emails asking for someone to contact me to confirm my reservation.

Bought a package and they will not honor it! This is awful customer service!
At first I had some concerns to do with delayed response time and customer handling after making payment. However, Mr. Faisal made everything alright and made good my concerns. I really appreciated this latter treatment. Thank you.

After some issues with getting the booking done, the follow-up was great and quick.
Happy that the issue was sorted out in such a nice manner and help from the dedicated staff of the First Group.
Lady meet as in Mall and send us to hear about promotion, next day a limosine pick us, all was perfect, than thay (Mr.Riad Nouh) give us presentation about buy/rent a apartment,...and I was 90% interested, but BUT he push it so hard to do it at moment (give deposite for contract).
When I said that I will thinkk about it for day/two, as usually in Europe,...thay give us regular taxi to go back (no more limo 😁), and promise to send contract just that I can chack...
Still, after 26 hours no contract on mail or whats app (he promise to do it)!
So, I think it is not profesional, as I have expiriance in Dubai.
