Bad experience, the description of the invitation did not match with what the presentation was like. They promised us an introduction to the hotel, like an event, to get to know the hotel, review their hospitality and consider booking a stay on our next visit. In reality it was a mere sales pitch, just to sell a product, which we were not at all interested in. We did not get 'enjoy' the hotel's facilities.

It was our last day in Dubai my wife and I agreed to assist cause we wanted to visit The new hotel Ciel and because we didn't accept the vacations plan offered the guy that attended us told me that they are gona drop us a Emirates Tower metro station,not fair!

Indeed, we have not signed any biz with 1rst Group. But iwe were so curious to participante to the explanation's guided tour in which i learned so much things about Dubai and your Business life. Doline, the person in charge of us was very Kind, helpfull, open minded and experienced. Thanks for the Programm and good luck in life.
Everything is okay and on time except the issuing of the certificate which took longer time after making payment.
Had a very nice visit with First Group, everyone very friendly. The major disappointment came when the "two free nights anytime in the next year" we were promised became only 4 months (May through August '24), and though we were told we'd be able to make reservations right away, we can't even login until May 1st. Given that First Group didn't keep their word I cannot recommend them.
