I am highly disappointed with the response I received on my prepaid holiday package. I was denied my rightful perks and package usage with an invalid and wrong perception.

As committed by the executive, I got the voucher, but they were expired. Even after repetitive communication with the executive, he did not bother to give a fresh voucher.

I was uncertain about finding time in my already tight schedule for 2024. I informed The First Group that I anticipated being busy that year; however, I was convinced to sign up for their package and paid the full amount upfront. Anyone who has met The First Group agents can attest to how persuasive this team is in getting you to commit to their projects or packages. As I expected, my schedule was too packed for me to make it to Dubai in 2024. When I contacted the group at the beginning of 2025, they informed me that my package had expired and they would be holding onto the thousands of dollars I paid, despite not providing any services.

We were stopped in Dubai airport and told we could have a tour of the Ciel tower in Dubai marina. Instead we were taken to an office block in the middle of no where and repeatedly asked if we wanted to invest in a hotel room and then asked if purchase a further visit to Dubai which we had to pay there and then. It was a complete waste of time, my 2 boys were really upset as they thought they were going to the Ciel hotel and left my wife and I really angry

The over all experience was excellent as we got some insight abour investment Dubai which I did not have any clue.Will tell our friends too as they are interested in oversea investments

We were approached by a TFG sales rep (Ahmed) at City Centre Deira mall, the rep promised to secure 50% discount vouchers to the tourist sites we were interested in, if we attend a 1.30minutes presentation. He also promised a tour of Dubai and helicopter cinema experience.
We finally agreed and was picked up by a driver on 26 Dec. We were held up for 6 hours of presentation after presentation of their offers. We eventually succumbed and signed up with the Aria Vacation club. With an initial deposit of 2500USD. We were told that for agreeing to make a deposit, the admin fee will be waived and we had the 10 day cooling off period. That was when everything changed.

First, Ahmed disappeared and stopped responding to messages and never provided the 50% discount vouchers he promised. Instead I was sent an app where I had to subscribe with 170USD to access discounts at tourist sites in Dubai. So basically asking me to pay for the discounts.
Secondly, after the charm wore off, i made some research and found a mountain of negative reviews of TFG and Aria. I contacted the manager on 1 Jan to cancel my membership. That was when the claws came out.
They are refusing to refund my 2500USD deposit, claiming it is now an admin fee. The Manager, IIham Mokrani became very rude and hostile on WhatsApp.
I have been SCAMMED by smooth talkers. By the way, one of the reps claimed he was a professional American baseball player, another big lie.

At first it was good everything but every moment someone else came and asking/telling what we came for, so one told us its was for buying properties (thats what i came for) and one toke us somewhere (palm Jumeirah) and telling us about hotel credit/point etc after 40 minutes i Said is in buying properties or what? Hè Said No its Some other project (staying in hotel and saving points etc…) so in was the wrong presentation and wasting time. After that The put us in a car with Some other cliënts who where also not treathed well they complained also and the where told that they would drop them back at There hotel but The driver was told just drop them to emirates Mall nog further ….he was angry and wanted step out and paying taxi out his self. I told him to relax and go to my hotel it was near and from there they could take The taxi and they did. This company is not good organised and No personal manager (what other companes have) So when a company is not organized i will never put my money in them

A good experience that has allowed me and my family to have an overall view of what 'The First Group' represents in the real estate landscape in Dubai and the possibilities for investment even for foreigners. The past achievements of the Group are somewhat reassuring to potential investors.

Waiting after holiday to see the advantage of holiday time,hotels,entertainment sight seeing and others

Felt very welcomed n everyone was very polite. We learnt alot about Dubai n the landmarks. We were offered a discount on another trip. We would definitely be going there again

I requested details and how to claim the two nights gift offered to me after the tour and my interest in your investment and up till today lbtissame Bousham has not responded to my email request
That is not a good thing.

I have a great experience. Hospitality was the best.
Explaining Stage payment is up to expectations.
