I was promised twice by customer support that an item I purchased that was not originally included in their delivery would be sent. Now they say it is no longer available, am waiting on a response or refund...
They have shut down shipment of flannel bedding after I purchased 3 sets of various colored Queen flannel sets and extra pillowcases. Seams rip open, seams are not sewn straight, dye doesn't hold colors, piling and "crumbs' / fibers are all over your home from using them. They fill up your dryer lint comparent with every wash / dry. Now in order to get a refund (Who knows if they will?) I'm required to go out and find a large box for return shipment. That's the only way you can get a refund for these inferior items in which they admitted on the phone to me was known junk in so many word. Ugh! I'm a senior who is trying to stay home and safe with my health. They have lost a customer after shopping wiith them for over 25 years. This is not the company they once were. So today I must venture out to find an extra large box to purchase. Thanks The Company Store for no Custmer Service or respect for my health.
Not a good site to buy a gift. No gift wrapping and to cancel an order, you have to call back on their terms, not yours.
I have purchased great comforters, bedding and towels from Company Store over the years and gotten high quality items. My last few purchases were on about the same level as Target. Customer service not so nice and last time I tried to make an exchange, found out they only take returns for 6 months after purchase. Why buy from you then, I can make returns at any major department store for up to a year? Now I know why its called the Company Store. Because it's not the customer's store! BYE!
My wife and I purchased a down comforter from the Company Store that is excellent. Two years ago, we took the plunge ($365 each) for pillows. Now these pillows are are pancake flat and in their own assessment, a return for credit. If these are so bad, why would I buy them again. They are balking on a refund of the purchase price. Let's see if they see the error of this logic.

My mom LaVerne bought@ least 10 down comforters from here. All various sizes. They are 10-15 years old & still have almost all their down
I placed an order for 4 towels that were to ship 9/30/20. Couldn't check status on line with order #; no capability to check order status if a "guest order". Tried to Live Chat and was switched to a site where I would be charged a $1 fee to ask my question. Now told order is 2-3 weeks back ordered (could be more); no e-mail communication telling me of delays. Poor communication. Poor Service.
The store tells me that even though my feather bed turned into a instrument of torture after 4 months, I would have needed to get a lifetime warranty for them to replace it. I am a long time customer but there are plenty places to shop where business care about their customers. I will never shop here again.
This is ridiculous... After a purchase last year, I've been getting catalogs from them for months. I tried to unsubscribe (and supposedly their customer service has removed me) SEVERAL times.
Even Amazon is better...
The Company Store is stuck in the 20th century. I could not complete the order online with multiple browsers, and had to place my (large) order over the phone in a process that took thirty minutes. Their order confirmation email came plain text with no links. My delivery flagged numerous items as "back ordered", with no estimated arrival date. I had to call to get info. The dates came and went with no communication. Again I had to call. And again. It appears I will receive my items nearly 6 months after ordering, and not one email communication from them in the meantime.
My last experience with them (which actually was in the 20th century) was very positive. They were largely mail-order then. It appears their technology has not advanced in the interim.
I purchased a bedding set over A WEEK AGO and still haven't recieved notification that my stuff has shipped! The websites instant chat feature is unmanned and nobody is answering my email concerns.
Its day 8 now and I'm really thinking I've been ripped off. Order # *******...
Very poor quality and expensive bedding and bath items. I bought a comforter and towels. The comforter has a strange smell that I cannot get out. The sheets also were also the same. The pattern on the sheet was upside down on the top sheet. The towels were poor quality and all of it was very poor quality. But expensive.
I ordered outdoor cushions a month ago. After a couple of weeks, I emailed the Company Store to ask when they would arrive. A day later I got a tracking number that never showed the package moving. I have called and emailed four times since then, and the answer is always the same: this is a third party distributor. We have emailed to inquire what happened, but nothing more. I still have NO answers and no cushions. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
It took 2 months and 4 phone calls to get The company Store to properly process my order of items the were "In Stock". I orderd on line and the online tracking did not work "no orders in my accout" and when i called the service staff did not know what thery were doing and said my order was too complicated to figure out - it was for 4 items. Don't shop here!
I ordered some blackening curtains and a rod to hang them. Paid in full card charged at time of sale. The items supposedly shipped, (my nightmare probably isn't over yet) I wake up to Amex calling me to let me know they blocked them, as they tried charging g my card again multiple times. Every hour on the hour to be more specific. Amex refunded immediately except the original charge, which they said they would handle if I don't get my items...
Great way to treat your customers... BUYER BEWARE
I ordered in door out door reversible rug because the color matched my bathroom only to see when it came the color is totally different. It looked orange in catalog but it is red. I am not going to return it because it would be a hassle but will think twice before I ever order anything else from you
Trying to make a return but I am told the UPS site is not working to send me a return label. They then said I cannot return anything until they finish doing their inventory because it would confuse their count! What kind of company is this? Products have gotten much more expensive but quality is not any better than the past. I should've bought my down duvet from any department store.
I ordered about $800 worth of products on 16th of December. I was overseas they claimed they could not reach me by phone, I asked why they didn't send me an email. They claimed they did, however, it was through a different server completely, which didn't actually include the company name, it looked like spam and it went right to the spam folder. So here I am waiting to receive my items, and if I hadn't called I would not have been the wiser. I spoke to some guy called Bob, who was so rude and unpleasant, I honestly do not think this company wants to be in business. They cancelled my order and now I have to go shopping elsewhere to get the sheets. I think reading Bill K and Everett B's reviews, I dodged a bullet as I haven't been charged, thank goodness! STAY AWAY!
They took my money (credit card) they sent me an email authorization for 39.00 for slippers for my mom. After 2 days of getting no confirmation of shipping I called and was told they were sold out of that item. I cancelled and scolded them for making me think my mom's slippers were coming, until I called. They are too old of a company to do business in such a slipshod manner. Aslo on the initial transaction I was not charged tax, but after cancelling the order they sent another invoice stating it had shipped (a lie) and added 2 more dollars in tax. Horrible company.
DEALING WITH THEM IS AN ADVENTURE IN FRUSTRATION. YOU NEVER GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER OR A RETURN LABEL.
Answer: It has been easy to get hold of customer service and eventually worked out multiple problems. Let me add, their were too many problems to continue doing business with the company.
Answer: Legitimate company. My first time ordering, but I’ve found my sheets to be the best quality. Customer service resolved a shipping issue, immediately!
Answer: Not only that, but return labels are much cheaper than paying retail USPS charges. Never shopping there again.
