Just don't

Ordered a unicorn bedding set - sham, pillowcase, sheets - for my daughter's new big girl bed on Mar 23 & never received a confirmation email. I got an email 2 days later saying I left stuff in my cart & I'd assumed it didn't go through, which was weird because the payment method showed up in my account. I completed the purchase a second time &, again, no confirmation email but it did show up pending in my account. Called my bank to understand what to do & they said it'll stay pending until day 30 where it falls off the account unless they process the order. I called customer service & the lady I spoke with was difficult to understand & kept offering me free shipping for my order but wouldn't say "yes I cancelled your second order & sent the email" though I'd asked her to confirm in those specific words. I asked to be elevated to a supervisor which I was. Some lady in FL took over the conversation & I began recording the conversation in case I need it for the future. She basically said the warehouse has been doing inventory for over a week, they're behind & they will be wrapping up in 1-2 days, that I should see my shipping confirmation in about 2 business days. It's been 3 weeks since this conversation with the supervisor & I have not received anything - no shipping confirmation, no product. I'm just not understanding how this place is still in business.

Gigantic monogram

Ordered $100+ towels as a gift; chose font for monogram but was not asked size or placement. I assumed a typical monogram but towels came with 3" high letters plastered across a central portion of the towel. More like a campaign sign than a wedding gift. Customer service would not send new, blank towels for independent monogramming; no help/tough luck, customer. Never ever again.

Never got my purchase

I purchased some monogramed towels from The Company Store in December of 2021 as a house warming gift for my friend. I realized the day after I made my purchase that I had my old mailing address on the order. I called their customer service to correct the address so it would be shipped to the correct address and I was told my the customer service person that it had been corrected. Several weeks later I got a tracking notification from UPS that the package had been delivered to my old address. I called customer service again, and was told that my order had been delivered. I told the rep that it was delivered to the wrong address. I was put on hold and the call was disconnected. I called UPS the next day to see if the package had been returned but it had not. I called the Company Store's customer service again, and again I was placed on hold and the call was dropped. I have sent 8 emails as well asking for a refund, which I have never received. I would strongly recommend Not ordering anything from this company, ever.

Can't get It Right

My mom ordered two embroidered towels for my girls. The names were not in the same location on the towels, off by an an inch vertically. My mom spent 1 hour on the phone to return one (very unpleasant experience). They accepted the return and remade one of the towels. Yes, the names are now closer, but definitely not the same. It seems very easy to use a jig/placesetter so all embroidery is the same height above band in towel. Company receives low rating for quality control on products as well as poor customer service.

Rough!

I recently purchased one fitted sheet for $50. If you want soft sheets that are all cotton, do not shop here. They feel more like sandpaper and there's no return label so it's going to be difficult to get my money back.

I placed an order that included 3 items. I received my confirmation. My credit card was charged at 36 hours after placing the order. When I had not received any updates or shipping notification, I emailed customer service about my order. I got no response. I emailed 2 more times and received no response. I received the order almost 2 weeks after I placed that order. The customer service department replied to my emails on the day of delivery. Their explanation was that they were very busy and running behind. It was interesting that they were not too busy to charge my credit card quickly in the process.

Do NOT buy from this company... First of all, I bought several things. Their website didn't show that 1 of the items were backordered, so I assumed everything would ship within a couple days of ordering. 4 business days later after placing my order, I called to find out the status, they said they didn't ship because 1 item was backordered. Woulda been nice to know that. So I changed the item to a larger size, which she said they had in stock. This was done on a Thursday. Finally my order ships out on Monday. It ships ground, a week later I receive my packages, and that item that I changed into the bigger size wasn't in the package!

And worst of all, they charged my c. C. the wrong amount, they charged $50 bucks more than it should have been for. I called to cancel the item that never shipped, and to ask them to refund my card for the difference. The first lady I spoke to, I was on the phone with her for 15 minutes, and she wasn't able to get any where, she said she wasn't seeing that they charged my card for the amount my credit card was showing. I ran out of time, had to finish the call before we solved the problem. I call back a few days later, and now they are saying that they see that they charged my card too much, but now she's saying that they refunded me the difference already. My credit card activity does not show the refund.

You better keep a close eye on your credit card statement when it comes to doing business with this company. HORRIBLE experience. NEVER buying again from them!

Cannot Trust The Company Store

I ordered a down comforter that was never delivered, after 2 1/2 weeks. I checked with UPS, and got no info. I checked with The Company Store to cancel and get a refund. They cancelled, but said I will only get a refund after UPS delivers it back to them. You see the problem here. And Company Store is making their problem mine. I may never see that $269.38 again. It is highly likely that UPS lost the order.
They claim UPS could not deliver because of bad weather. Well, that explains 3 of the days out of 2 1/2 weeks, but not any other. They claim I cancelled with UPS directly. I did not. When I called Customer Service, I was transferred to a supervisor, who claimed I had asked to be transferred to her. I had not. Just all around mistakes that make for a terrible customer experience.

I returned a $400 purchase. Per UPS, The Company Store received it on 12/24. As of 01/19 no refund was showing on my credit card statement. I have called the company and at this time have been on the phone with them for 20 minutes (longer than it is taking me to write this review), trying to resolve the issue. They have confirmed that they received my return. Don't know what the hold up is.

Zero is too much

Jan 7th I order an item. Crickets. I follow up with two more emails and nothing. Then, I call and the person says that they have to see if the warehouse can cancel it. Pathetic process. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I place an order for flannel pajamas. The confirmation said they were mens pajamas even though the picture was a woman. I immediately called customer service. They answered with hello, not the name of the company so I immediately felt something was off. They said it didn't show up on their computers yet and call back in 30 minutes. I did and got the same answer, different person except I got my order number so I figured they had the availability to change my order. She said call back in 45 minutes. I said you are closed in 45 minutes and she said call in the am, they order will not be shipped by then and hung up on me. I called back immediately, was hung up on two times, mind you we were getting close to closing time. I finally got a man and he said he didn't see the order. I asked for a supervisor and she told me the order was already shipped and couldn't cancel the order.
I am waiting now for my cc company to pull the charge. I did put a review on their webpage and they took it down.
Don't buy from them.

I ordered Christmas stockings for my son and his family on Nov. 13th. Two of three arrived but despite phone calls and reassurances that the third would "definitely go out today" it is still in the warehouse on Dec. 22nd and is now projected to arrive "after the holidays." Ridiculous return process
December 18, 2021

Let me start out by saying I have been ordering from the company store for THREE decades. I ordered a robe very recently. I realized the wrong size was ordered after I did a color change (reverted back to xs). Called immediately to cancel order, and they could not find the order. Told to call back in an hour. Called back in an hour, told the order had " literally just gone down 4 minutes ago." They said don't worry just return when you get it. Got the package. Initiated return that can only be done through UPS. This system requires you to put in the tracking number to sent a QR code. You can't print a return label from your phone from the UPS site. The UPS site also doesnt send the QR code to your email. So when you get to the UPS store, you have to pull up the UPS.com site again and put in the tracking number again. What kind of convoluted return system is this? I then called them back again. The customer service rep stated they would send me an email with a printable label, but it would take 24 hours to show up. Called back again, a while later, finally the customer service rep sent me an email that showed up, but still couldn't be printed from my phone. I had to go to my desktop computer to print. REALLY? This is the 21st century. Not worth dealing with this company anymore. I had always been so happy with this company. Not so much anymore. So sad.

I ordered a linen set in late September and when nothing came and no email came I called in November and was on hold for a long time. The service rep cheerily told me that the item was in stock and would be sent in 5 days. No e-mail confirmation. Another 20 minute call later a few weeks after I was able to cancel the order. This was not worth the frustration nor time suck of over 30 minutes of hold music to figure out why it takes 3 months to get an set of linens from an established company that seems to have terrible communication policies. After 3 months and another long hold- I asked for a full refund never having even seen the item which apparently was still "getting ready to be shipped"

OMG, with high prices and sales laughable, worse was yet to come. I bought 2 items on 12/2/21 and 2 weeks later had not received any communication re the order being shipped. Never received a reply to my enquiring email about my order. CEO is not employing enough customer service people to answer emails (!). When I called I was told "your order was delivered." NO IT WASN'T. I have no desire now to even look at the itmes I order, getting a full refund. It's not worth the aggravation, no bargains and only good if you're a card carrying masochist and like to waste your time dealing with them. AVOID!

Terrible

I made a large order and a few months later several of the towels were falling apart. I never received a towel I ordered and when I emailed them to ask about it they tried to charge me again. Luckily my PayPal info on had changed so they couldn't but I never received a refund or the towel and also was not able to get a refund for towels filing apart.
