I ordered these sheets for the summer. When the arrived, I was pleased them find them much lighter than the sheets I had been using. The 400 count fabric was light and cool, but also felt crisp. I really enjoy sleeping on them.

I love my sheets because I live in a one room cabin and the bed is part of the decor. They are cool and we don't get hot in them, these sateen and percale sheets are pretty and I look forward to getting in my bed!
We would have already died in the sweltering heat of it wasn't for these cotton sheets (we have the normal company store cotton sheets and the sateen). Washed them already this summer dozens of times and they fit perfect, durable, little stretching or wrinkling and so crispy cool. The patterns are so pretty we don't even cover the bed anymore it's just king sheets with a twin duvet thrown on top. Just pull the trigger on the purchase, you will not be sorry.

Tried over and over to order this comforter in blue and it would not process even though it said in stock. I'm reordering this comforter because it was sent without the tie to duvet ability.
The previous sheet I bought was so soft and un wrinkled that I really wanted to have a back up fitted sheet. So I had to pay to return it. I don't think it's a sheet that people would expect from this company, especially at this price.
Good quality, designs you can't find elsewhere, very soft sheets, but overpriced.
Back in the 80's Received a comforter and two pillows I love them. I wore them out and I totally didn't think of replacing them with the company store so but when I saw my email, I said oh my goodness I need to replace my pillows and my mattress pad with the company store thank you so much for still being around and great customer service. I ordered the strawberry Fields Comforter, shams and embroidered pillow cover 6 months ago.The pillow cover has been on back order for months and I never received it. I called Loloi the distributor for the pillow cover and was told it was discontinued. The company store insists it's not discontinued! They continue to run adds for this product they've not had in stock since July They're continuing to take orders for merchandise they don't have! Also the "percale sheets" are only 200 thread count with 300 being standard.They're terrible quality! Has anyone actually received the Strawberry Field pillow cover 26x26 in 2024? Today they again changed the back order date! When I called they reported they can only estimate a date! It's a come on! Meanwhile they're holding up funds for merchandise that seemingly doesn't exist!
We bought these "premium" linen sheets with "award winning customer service" thinking that we would be getting a premium product. Within a few months they were frayed, and in 9 months they had holes.
Amazes me that an online retailer can't complete online sales. Ordered some things over the holiday and found out weeks later they were out of stock. They email promotion codes for things left in the cart that can't be applied to the things in the cart. Address change? Call back multiple times and never get things resolved.
I'm pretty shocked about this company and I haven't even received my order yet. First of all, I was offered a 20% discount from them but, as soon as I placed my order and checked out, it said I couldn't use the discount. And then I received a notice that my order had shipped, but a day later I got another email saying that one of my products was no longer available so it's been cancelled. I just hope the one product I ordered doesn't show up like the ones I've been reading in other reviews!
I purchased a set of towels from The Company Store. They are the worst towels I ever had. I have washed them many times and they still are not absorbent. It is almost impossible to dry yourself with one of them. The matching bath rugs I purchased are also terrible. As soon as you step on them, they flatten out. They really do not look nice.
I was thinking of purchasing something and got the pop-up for 20% off your first full priced order, so I gave them my email and phone number. They sent the code but when I tried to use it, it basically said not applicable to this item. It's a bunch of BS. You can't use on any item that is newer than 90 days on their website, can't use it on sale items, so it's just a scam to get your info. Don't fall for it and avoid this company. Unethical. I wrote to them to complain and the answer was "Sorry that wasn't clear" - not clear? How about non-existent?
Beautiful hand towels. Six months later the outside stitching unraveled on one of them. I emailed the company thinking they might make it right. No response.
We ordered a decorative tree when it arrived it was damaged. We sent an E-mail to customer service; we received an answer in less than 24 hours. They requested I call. The support person I spoke to was exceptionally good. In the end they could not replace the damaged tree. So, they refunded the money and shipping and let us keep the damaged product. We could not have been happier. No matter how good you are, strong customer service is important. The Company store has that.
I shop here frequently. I ordered 2 white hand towels in order to get free shipping. I received the order, but there was only one towel. I called and was told it was only washcloths that were 2 for 15.00
The towel was thin, and really poor quality. I was told to wash it and it would fluff up.
I can't return it because I'm handicapped right now.
Marshalls and TJ Maxx have superior towels for much less money. I'm done shopping here.
The quality is ok but the first time i washed the sheet set it faded a ton. I spent over 200 bucks on this set which didn't even last the first wash.
I remember this brand being good, but it seems to have gone downhill since getting bought by Home Depot. I bought two expensive ($233/each) firm down pillows from them and they came with very skimpy fill. Mushy, thin, awful. I would have gotten better pillows at Target. When I asked to return them, they said they would deduct some unspecified amount from the refund for shipping and handling — shipping and handling of a product that is so bad it's downright fraudulent. This place should be shut down for fraud. It's seriously that bad.
Bought a $430 quilt set last winter, and it only goes on the bed in the summer. We used it last summer and put it away. Got it out this summer to use, and washed first, according to the washing instructions. The navy pattern in the quilt bled all over the rest of the cream color of the quilt and it's completely ruined. "Customer service" was only willing to offer 30% off the purchase of a new quilt. WHY would I EVER consider buying anything else from you ever again? Useless, and terrible quality.
I purchase Jardin shams for 64.00 (the photo showed two shams). Although I was pleased with the quality of the product, I was shocked when I opened the very lightweight package ($8.00 shipping) and found only one sham. I sent an email to the company expressing my displeasure with the misleading advertising. I received a very dismissive reply - 'Iur shams are always sold singly,cwe apologize for the inconvenience '. Inconvenience? What about being ripped off and having to pay another $69.00 for another sham? I have bought much bedding from various other companies, and shams are always sold in pairs, like pillowcases. I wrote a second email that was ignored. Needless to say, I did not purchase a second, and am now trying to figure how to use one sham on my queen bed in our Airbnb. Done with this company!

Found several bare spots on the warp/weft that were clearly manufacturer's defects.
When called THECOMPANYSTORE.COM and explained, they ignored me and said the return window had closed (3 months!) Will not purchase from this scam company again.
I was surprised to see the low star rating. I have ordered several things frim the Company Store over the years and have always been satisfied with the quality. I recently ordered two quilts for my teenage sons bedroom and they look and feel great!
Answer: It has been easy to get hold of customer service and eventually worked out multiple problems. Let me add, their were too many problems to continue doing business with the company.
Answer: Legitimate company. My first time ordering, but I’ve found my sheets to be the best quality. Customer service resolved a shipping issue, immediately!
Answer: Not only that, but return labels are much cheaper than paying retail USPS charges. Never shopping there again.
