I spent a lot time looking for a well made baffle box comforter with an all down filling. The description of this comforter filled the bill. While shopping I was helping efficiently by customer service. When the comforter arrived, it was clearly made but
* It was stitched through construction, not baffle box.
* The Legal Label indicated it was 85% down. That was the fastest return I have ever made. Now to find a company who does what they say they will do.
Site etc is fine.
Regret that I had to write to customer service to get specifics on the comforter. "Its' Great!" "It warm!" are not helpful. What weight of down? What TOG Rating would be more helpful.

Towels are very thin, several flaws on a $49. Bath mat. Round stickers pulled the threads on two towels. Thought I ordered wash clothes, got 12x18 towels instead. Went back on line... no wash clothes available. 1st time I have ordered, probably won't again. Didn't call because I am very hard of hearing and it is difficult to talk to non- English speaking customer service.

The percentage is based on the FTC requirements on how down is labeled. However, we want to assure you that this comforter typically consists of more than 85% down, ensuring a high-quality and comfortable product. This collection is baffled box construction which creates pockets of fill using fabric stitched like walls between the “floor” and “ceiling” of the comforter shell. The separation is inside the comforter, rather than stitched through the layers. This construction offers a flatter surface and allows the fill to loft as fully at the edges of its chamber as in the center, reducing cold spots and still preventing the fill from shifting.
