We purchased all of our appliances for 15,000.00 plus warranty back in March 2021. We were told and signed a contract that recognized a delay until the end of June first week of July. We have received only one of eight to date, as of Aug. 9th, and have been told it will be September, October, November, they really don't know when we will receive them. How does a company sell a product and charge the full amount and put in their bank account. We thought that they had to pay the manufacturer but in fact they do not, they bank the money and draw the interest. I do realize it's a pandemic but companies going out and selling products that don't even exist; I see it as a setup. What if a majority of their clients wanted their money back? I smell bankruptcy and we all lose our money. Am I missing something here?
We bought a Sofa and Chair May 21,2021 with the saleman promising the world. We opted for the 90 day interest free option and we had to apply for their Desjardins Credit card in order to have that applied. We have now payed off the full amount as we only did this out of convenience. WE STILL DON'T HAVE THE PRODUCT... and we have been told it won't be in until September 2021. We have now asked for a full refund and are getting the run around - Apply the refund to the credit card, cancel the credit card and then hurry up and wait for your refund.
Best advice buy somewhere else and save the headaches. We were promised initially to have it in or around the 15th of June then July then August and now September. Very disappointed with The Brick and will not buy anything from them ever again...
Do not have your product delivered. Sales people are great but the 3rd party delivery is ridiculous. I would not sign the papers because they refused to take away the old fridge. They threatened to take back the new fridge they had delivered if I didn't sign off! I told them that it was paid for and they are not allowed to reenter the premises. They gave four different reasons why they wouldn't take the fridge back; not clean... so I cleaned it... no room in truck... fridge not sanitized for 24 hrs... doors removed. They could have saved 15-20 min if they had just taken the old one or just left. But no, they had to threaten and argue. I'll pick up anything I buy at the Brick from now on! Safety first!
Purchased a high-end Beautyrest mattress in January 2021, Beautyrest Black Diamond, very good mattress, super comfortable. However, within a week of delivery noticed the stitching on the Eurotop quilting undoing. Contacted The Brick for warranty multiple times with no replies, contacted Beautyrest Canada and they promised the world but as of August 2021 nothing has been done. For the money spent, I'd expect somewhat better quality & after sale service! Buyer strongly beware! Tried to post this as a final resort after months of attempted warranty claims on The Brick's website but it won't post my poor review…
The delivery people took it out of the box on the driveway. I never had a chance to see it because I was to busy trying to unconnect water hose. Delivery guy cuts it, takes old fridge an reminds me they have deliveries today. I only open the useless fridge after their gone and my son has put the handles on the door. Called the store where purchased and got the stock answer about returns. I wanted an upgrade at my expense, but no. The sales person who sold this should be ashamed. This useless piece of crap is only suitable kids in rental accommodation not families. Shame on the brick and cheap landlords.
We have been in to make two purchases recently and both were handled extremely well, very professionally with product being delivered on time and with no issues. A huge thank you to Braxton Cleaver, Shawn Visscher, Scott Adams and all the hard working staff at the Brick!
I bought queen bad form Surrey central mall, it was broken foot board, I call them 10 times they always said they will call back but never did, I had to chat to call centre and it was lot of trouble to get it exchanged, totally and service, I would never recommend this store
Yes folks we are in August now. My Fridge was repaired( lol) in June! Water is still pissing all over the floor. The Lights don't work. The Wheel is broken... and now drum roll please. The freezer at the bottom took it upon itself to defrost all my food and I came home to a goal stench and mess. Still no repair gut. The Brivk passes the buck to their warranty people State King, who have done nothing. So when you buy a top of quality product at the brick be expected to be treated like a king when you walk through the doors and a pee on when you need help. I am ready to deliver it to their door.
Their website is horrible they didn't want to deliver my stove cus the sales person forgot to add in 15.00 to take my stove away on my invoice! And i couldnt do it online because their website sucks! Honestly for 15.00 that i could pay when they deliver?! Customer service wont do it for me. And i bought a fridge and a stove from them?! Are you kidding me? 15.00?! Wow!
We ordered a dishwasher from the Brick in March this year and it still isn't in. They keep giving us later dates and they blame it all on Covid! My son ordered the exact same dishwasher from Home depot and exactly 1 week later his dishwasher came in and was delivered right to his house and put into his kitchen.
I will NEVER be ordering anything from The brick again. The service there sucks!

I give the Brick a zero. I purchased a television. Took it home. Plugged it in. Doesn't work. Took it back less than 24 hours later. Manager of Huntsville Store indicated, "our problem". If you value your hard earned money, DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS AT HUNTSVILLE BRICK. They have no customer service. SHAME ON YOU!
PRINCE GEORGE store Tom approached us to see if we needed assistance... we told him what we were looking for and he explained and showed us every option we could have wanted to see... he was very enlightening and brutally honest regarding construction materials and use of all the items... we made a purchase the one day and returned the next day to purchase 5 other items... i hate shopping, but if I see what I need I'll get it... Tom was informative but not pushy... Thanks Tom...
At the end of 2018 I bought a set of a love seat and couch with extended warranty, last February I claimed for a small damage on the love seat and I had to wait for more than 4 month a lot of phone calls I had to make, they keep telling me they are waiting for parts and then finally to here that the discontinued the product, I was offered to replace it with another love seat from their store which is not going to match with the couch or keep the damage love seat so that I will be credited a 70% of the original perched price, I have no option to keep the damage love seat and use the 70%. I went to their store planing to use my many the sales man wanted to make sure if I have credit with them, I went with him to check I was told I can use it in any thing,. After about 1 hour walking around the store trying to find any thing, they told me I can not take any thing with me today because the credit is not released yet so I have to come back, this is the worst experience of my life, the brick in Waterloo including the manger very disrespectful they have no solution but to tell us they will call a police on me and my wife, I would never ever will go to this place and I don't wish any one to experience what I have.
We ordered a coffe table & end table in February. Estimated delivery was mid-April. Because of the time delay we made a down payment. April came and no tables. At that time they demanded full payment or the price would go up. We paid now delivery is July 18th. That date came, no delivery. We had to call. Now delivery date is September. We asked for a refund fearing that delivery in September would be again put off. The Brick is working with my money. We are getting absolutely no satisfaction.
The Brick in Sudbury was horrible customer service Asian girl that works there is useless can't even speak english and she smells bad
I have dealt with 3 different Brick stores and their online chat in 2 different provinces and have only had a good experience with the west Edmonton store. The other stores do not bother with notifications of delivery delays nor do they want to deal with damaged goods or anything else regarding customer service. It's hard to get a customer service person to listen to your complaint and if they promise you a call back it's probably not going to happen.
Guri Singh at Calgary is an excellent individual. Very professional and nice. I have met over a thousand sales reps in my life but Guri is exceptional. Thumbs Guri. I will surely recommend Bricks anytime cos of my experience with Guri.

We purchased thousands of dollars in appliances 5 1/2 years ago, including an expensive LG steam washer / dryer set and purchased the 5 year extended warranty for $350…. We clarified specifically at the purchase time that the warranty would be for 5 years AFTER the manufacturer's 1 year warranty. Surprise surprise…NOW they're telling us that the 5 year warranty is actually only a 4 year warranty because the first year is concurrent with the manufacturer's warranty. Oh, but they offered to make us a ‘good deal' on purchasing a new washer and dryer from them. As if we'd buy a stick of gum from them …. Never had shopped at the Brick prior to these purchases and never will do business there again. Terrible after sales service! Buyer definitely beware when shopping at the Brick.
The delivery with delayed twice and they mentioned that they would assemble the products, which they didn't.

Answer: They are a massive scam company. No customer service, no loyalty to their customers. Once you have paid, good luck receiving your merchandise on time, or getting replacements for the damaged goods. They lie through their teeth about timelines and promise things that never happen. They do not communicate amongst themselves, so one person will tell you one thing and the next has no idea and says it can't be done. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. Stay away!
Answer: Many furniture companies out there who are more reliable in shipping products on time. Amazon and Wayfair were good (although, I had one Wayfair order which had some damaged pieces that Wayfair has not been good at replacing).
