We purchased 2 electric leather recliners from the Brick. They had them in stock, the sale price was a great deal, and they were just what we were looking for. Our sales consultant Maggie Sear was very helpful and pleasant. They immediately loaded them up into our truck and went home very pleased and impressed with the Brick. We will definitely return for all our needs.
Sales people pressured to sell at any cost, customers forced to buy additional products just to fix a problem and then they have issues with delivering as per customer availability.
Alex and Tara were amazing treated me great and helped me get everything I want and got it all delivered in good time. Thanks guys

Je suis extrêmement fâché et déçu que ça fait 5 fois qu'on aie pas reçu notre commode acheté chez Brick à Laval.Et jamais plus je ne retournerai à votre magasin. Aucun dedommagement face à cette situation. Mais de notre côté on paye notre achat.Je vais écrire à J. E. enquete pour dénoncer cette situation.
Excellent Service and especially the support provided by Miss Simranjeet Sandhu, in handling the issues related to The brick installation team, which is actually a very horrible experience.
These guys are actually the most useless, skulk, slouch and kaamchor peoples, when they came for assembly of bed and installation of stove.
I even paid extra money for installation and removal of stove, but these suckers denied to remove the stove. Please see the attached receipt of payment.
Despite all these useless people around, one person was always stood besides me and helped me to navigate through the system and always felt sorry for what these delivery, installation and assembly people would be doing.

I had a washer dryer combo delivered on April 10,2022. They didn't install it? But hooked it up and left in the middle of the doorway to the laundry room blocking access to the room. Wish I could attach the pictures but they are on my other laptop at home, After 7 attempts by phone and 4 emails I finally spoke with someone. They told me that the proper installation will cost me another $210? That is an exorbitant amount of money for 20 minutes work. And this is on top of the $90 delivery charge. I told them to just come and pick it up. Nope, couldn't do that. I was promised a credit which I will never see and had a friend do the installation. This is my first purchase from the Brick and it will be my last purchase!
We ordered this dining table on December. We have been waiting this table for 5 months. We received today. When we opened the box, we were disappointed. Customer service don't help us. Terrible service and quality. Don't buy anything from the brick.
I purchased one set of power recliner at bricks few years ago, on the day of purchased the salesperon persuaded me to purchase the 5 years warranty as well, and clearly state that if there was no warranty claim during the warranty term, I will receive the full circle credit available instore credit, 5 years warranty term ended and I ran to the store for the equiry on the circle credit,the customer service gave me the other story that I'm not entitle for the credit, since the credit only on electrics or appliances。I'm shocked and desperate, will a customer purchase warranty on a table or furniture, it's drive me crazy, it is redicurious from a big company, so never ever purchase warranty. Or you should recorded everything when the salesperson promised in black and white on purchasing
I purchased a recliner on January 24th 2022, and paid for it in full. It did not arrive until the end of March. Unfortunately when the chair was delivered I was told I had 4 days to let them know if there were any problems. I called 3 days later because the back " cushion " slanted down on the right quite noticeably. There was also a dent on the right arm rest. After the technician came someone at the store called and told me that there was nothing they would do because the chair met the manufacturer's standards! I asked for the manager and another lady came on the line. I told her that I had specifically asked if the chair was Canadian made and had been told it was! The response to that was that the sales person was new and did not know where to look. I asked how that was my problem and not theirs and was told to prove I had asked the question! As it turned out there were no tags on the chair at all and no manual that they said came with it. The technician who came to the house had to open the chair and lie on his back to see that the chair was actually made in China. I'm 83 years old and can no longer go to that extreme to check the only tag there was! The whole conversation was rude and very upsetting and just kept going around in circles, so I asked for a refund. Again the person refused saying they did not give refunds just because I didn't like my purchase which I felt was defective but met their manufacturers standards! And the Manager had made his decision. So who had I been talking to? In my opinion a chair that cost $2,299.97 should be acceptable to the customer!

Firstly, they sell very poor quality furniture.The legs fell off our wing chairs within a year. Secondly, they make no effort to provide service in a timely manner. Very much regret shopping at the Brick.

I had bought a daybed for my daughter and twice in a year had to have it fixed for the same issue. The design is not correct for the type of bed. The screws would slide down the melamine casing the bed to droop. It has happened for a third time, within 6 months of the first time but is after the 1 year warranty. They will not do anything for me. The service was awful in the store I went to to purchase so ordered it online so really I purchased directly from The Brick not the physical store. I will never buy from this place again. Product is cheap and any company that doesn't stand behind their product, I won't stand for them
Our couch started pilling within two months. The Brick said this natural wear and tear. They suggested I shave the couch just like I would a sweater. Except I don't spend $3k on a sweater and expect it to pill. We have no children or pets, and with the pandemic have rarely had more than 2 people use the couch at a time. It's less about the quality being poor and more about the attitude of The Brick to do nothing that is frustrating.
The only thing they care about is taking your money and do not care about your satisfaction as a customer.
Bought a sectional sofa this year from the Chatham, ON location, it was delivered by the guys from Bricks but never bothered to assemble it. It turned out it has a defect. We called the store right away on the same day and told us they will inform the technician to come and fix it. Few weeks after that call, no technician called. We called the store again few times during those weeks. Fast forward... a technician came finally after more than a month. This technician never called us at all to set up an appointment. He called 20 minutes before he got to our place. Fortunately, my son was home at that time since it's their break, but what if nobody was home? I was at work and so is my husband. I called the Bricks with regards to this and OMG here comes the lady with a very rude attitude and saying why do we have to call them, lol! They were the one who supposed to get in contact with the technician not us. Plus the technician never called us at all! The technician then check the defect, got it "fixed" without us inside the house and only a minor was present. Never got a call from the technician as to whether he managed to fix the sofa or not. We just found out from my son. We checked the sofa when we got home. The sofa isn't fixed. He managed to connect the metal to connect the sofa together but seems like he just forced it and the leg of the sofa is hanging away from the floor. You can fit your fingers between the sofa and the floor. Me and my husband always wonder why there are no customers in the store, only one or two. Now we know. Customer service isn't the greatest esp if you are being assisted by the same lady. She needs to change her attitude whoever that is. She is not fit to work in the customer service. If that was the same lady who showed us the available sofa one time when we went there, i am glad we didn't get it from her. She is just rude and needs some training in customer service. Also, no more BRICKS for us. We will stick to Leon's or Tepperman's next time!
Bought a washer and dryer and the Bricks policy is they sell you new hoses and they install the new appliances. The second time we did a washing the return hose came off and flooded our finished basement. The Brick send 2 other installers who connected the washer and dryer correctly and stated the original installation was 'pathetic' and was 'the worst installation they had every seen'. I gave the brick video's and pictures of the flood and the refused to pay for any repairs. It cost me over $3000. 00. It is hard to believe they are still in business!?

Answer: They are a massive scam company. No customer service, no loyalty to their customers. Once you have paid, good luck receiving your merchandise on time, or getting replacements for the damaged goods. They lie through their teeth about timelines and promise things that never happen. They do not communicate amongst themselves, so one person will tell you one thing and the next has no idea and says it can't be done. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. Stay away!
Answer: Many furniture companies out there who are more reliable in shipping products on time. Amazon and Wayfair were good (although, I had one Wayfair order which had some damaged pieces that Wayfair has not been good at replacing).
