I order a pair of men shoes from The Bay's Market place. I wore them two times and they fell apart. I got in touch with the Marketplace sellers S3 HOLDING LLC. They email me and asked for pictures. I sent them the pictures with ordering information. They email that they would get back to me and instead they didn't. Now they won't reply to any request of mind. The prices of the shoes were so 64.00 dollars CAD, real cheap. I guess you could say I got what I paid for. I've given up. It's not worth my time and I believe this is part of their strategy and it works. Beware!
Do not buy online from them, I got my package stolen because the delivery guy decided to live it in a non safe place, I have been fighting with them for 2 week now to get my money back. Every time I talk with them they say will be in touch in 48h, now they are telling me to call the police like the cop can somehow find my package. I have never seen this before it there responsibility to make sure I get my package.
I order two items and Hudson's Bay store doesn't take them back; you have to ship the item back and pay for shipping. I paid $26.46 for the posting fee, and 3 weeks past, and still waiting for a refund
I contact them 7 times and complain; unfortunately, nobody cares.

I never ever go to The Bay online shopping again; the company does NOT understand what is online business at all.
I ordered 3 item on December which i ended up returning them because didn't fitt me.
I returned them first week of January and i got a confirmation that they received the items.
On the email was saying to wait up to 30 days so the return to show on my bank account.
I was waiting 30 days and then i called them to ask why the money haven't been refunded. They made a case and said that i have to wait 14 business days. Long story short i've been calling them back and forth several times and nobody solve my case. 3 months later and i haven't received my money back, which is unacceptable. I have lost my money for nothing, you guys are the worst to deal with.
I ordered a few things online from the bay, one of the items arrived damaged- it was a clearance item so it was listed as final sale, they offered me 10% off. $10 off a sweater I can't wear - i wouldnt pay $10 for the item in the condition it was in, the entire thing was literally unraveling.

I ordered a golf dress that i didn't realize was thru marketplace. I thought it was from the Bay. When I went to return it at the bay I was shown the tiny little print on the e invoice that said item was not returnable. I'll no longer shop there or the Bay store.
Funny and sad at the same time. When big brands are dysfunctional because of small people working in customer support. The person who worked on 18 Feb, 4 pm, EST time in e-gift support put the e-gift card on hold, knowing that I was leaving for the Birthday Party:)
And it's not even the end of the story, the next day when the e-gift card still wasn't been delivered and I asked for a refund. The card was delivered a couple of mins after I asked. So I called and made sure that it's not going to be canceled or refunded if I am going to give it to a person. And I was told that this card will work for sure. And when the person used it it didn't work.
Anyhow never buying from Hudson's Bay again
I purchased a coat from the Bay, but it arrived in a different color than what was expected. The Bay informed me that the coat was purchased through their marketplace, and they are not responsible for the issue. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from the marketplace regarding this matter. I trusted the Bay and assumed they would be responsible since they did not inform me during the shopping process that they would not be liable for such issues.It does seem to be a problem that the Bay works with a provider who is not trustworthy or responsible
The customer service here has caused a lot of stress and has wasted much of my time. They first respond by saying they'll help with your concerns, then ghost you. When you send a follow-up email, they'll either continue ghosting you or say they lost the original ticket complaint. This is unacceptable. Customer service must always be diligent and competent for any business to succeed.
Don't buy a Simmons mattress or a mattress from The Bay. Their customer service is garbage and can't or won't escalate anything. They just walk away from your purchase. Our mattress has a 10 year warranty. They say there is stains…the stains are no where n the area of concern. They ask for a law tag that was never present when delivered. Then tell you it's your word against theirs. They won't even initiate an inspection to confirm that nothing was there. I asked them to provide me with my original invoice which I asked at the store for and they couldn't provide it. They tell you to go back to the store for the invoice. You pay thousands of dollars for something that doesn't last the duration of the warranty and get washed to the side. Poor customer service, poorly manufactured mattress. Never again will I make any big purchases from any Hudson Bay store or affiliate. Neither will I buy a sealy/Simmons mattress ever again. Just seems as everything these days cost more and are built with low quality materials and no company will stand behind their products nor the vendors selling them. Disgraced by the way companies do business now.
Great custom service s support from KENNETH REYES - The Bay Customer Service Associate. He was very patient, supportive, and guided us through each step of the way on their policies and our new purchases.
Trying to find an order that they keep saying has been delivered courier doesn't have it. Try to get a refund keep saying it will be in your account next billing cycle. But as I have told them several times it was purchased with a Bay gift card. They don't read the messages you send.
I have never had any issues in the past but this time around Christmas I ordered a very expensive perfume order with multiple gift sets. When delivered I did not receive one item. I called and they said they can issue refund but I said I wanted they set so they said you can order another one while the refund takes place and the customer service rep issued a refund which he said would be processed in 7 days or so. Fast forward now I get the new item but now I have paid twice for the same item and only received one of them. I never got the refund for the old one. When I called the person said it's in process this was in January 2023. Then another two weeks go by I call and the person said oh this case was closed cuz the warehouse said it was definitely in there? How can it be in there when the box wasn't even big enough to fit the 4 perfume sets. This is over $600 purchase. I got upset and then was transferred to a supervisor who said she needs to get proof from them which she asked them for and told me to wait 72 hours. She said if after 72 hours they don't get a response then she will process it for me. I also sent her proof of the box the perfumes came in and how it's missing one perfume set. Like why would I pay twice for the same perfume especially after calling and speaking to rep to just send me the missing item they made me pay again. The supervisor said the warehouse isn't responding to her query so she will issue the refund. Now it's been over two weeks and no refund and no response to my emails. I can't believe a place like bay is scamming customers. I will never purchase anything from them and have told my family and relative the same. Boycotting Hudson's bay! Terrible and useless customer service scamming customers of their money.
If your package gets stolen from the bay, tough luck!

For future orders, please select an alternate shipping address, and ask for a signature when the item is delivered or the order completion in stores due to delivery issues"

I HAD TO PUT THUS IN CAP CUS WORDS CAN'T DESCRIBE MY DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THE BAY ONLINE PURCHASE. I PURCHASED A PAIR OF BOOTS ONLINE FOR MY SON FOR CHRISTMAS ON DEC 16TH AND WAS ADVISED THAT I WOULD RECEIVE IT BETWEEN 3 - 5 DAYS FROM ORDER DATE. MY PURCHASE WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME AND WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT IT, I WAS TOLD TO ASK MY NEIGHBORS IF THEY HAD RECEIVED IT MY MISTAKE, WHICH I HAD ALREADY DONE BEFORE CONTACTING THEM TO INQUIRE ABOUT IT. I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT MY ITEM HAD BEEN DELIVERED AND WHEN I CHECKED MY TRACKING, IT STATED THAT IT WAS DELIVERED AT 2:33AM BUT DID NOT INDICATE THE ADDRESS IT WAS DELIVERED TO. WHEN I INSISTED THAT I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PURCHASE, THEY JUST BRUSHED ME OFF AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD JUST REFUND ME MY MONEY WITHOUT ACKNOWLEDGING THE FACT THAT I HAD EXPRESSED TO THEM THAT IT WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR MY SON. THEY WERE RUDE AND NOT ACCOMODATINH AT ALL, KNOWING THE FACT THAT THE ERROR WAS ON THEIR END. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT THE BAY.COM EVER AGAIN, WHICH IS SAD BECAUSE I'VE BEEN SHOPPING AT THE BAY FOR A LONG TIME AND THEY HAVE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER.
Brothers and Sisters, be careful with placing online orders via The Bay, specifically ordering things from ABA Labels. This company is supported by Hudson Bay.
The order was delivered after 35 days but promised 7-10 days! I got an apology though and I was offered to send it back (it was a Christmas gift) and pay for the return. Then after probably another 60 days, I will receive a refund... they will evaluate the condition of a package, etc.
Well, there are many decent and reputable places to order any good clothes from, thank God!
Be careful, they will not respond to your inquiries and will just place a note to your order that it was delivered, even though it would not. You will invest some money in their start-up business but not receive what you need.
I submitted a complaint about a damaged expensive coat that I received online and got no response. It has been a month. Very disappointed about the poor quality of the Bay's customer service. I returned the coat the next day, however I believe it is unacceptable to sent merchandise that looks like it was drugged on the floor and is covered in hair. The Bay is not the same as it used to be.

Past few months. Merchandising in the store was great and there were lots of people to serve you. Our local store was crowded and no more crazy Boxing Day give away pricing. All are signs of The Bay Inised to love. We must have orders or purchased $1,000 of merchandise this Christmas.
So i purchased shoes & dresses online, they delivered only shoes with out the dresses when i phoned the call centre they said the dresses were delivered & made it sound like i was lying. They later said they will follow up with distribution centre to find out & they can only decide if am getting a refund or not since they delivered. I was so upset to hear that & right now i just want to return everything i bought from the bay! This will be my last purchase am so done with them! Now its my word against the distribution report that says the dresses were delivered. I feel so robbed am sitting with no dresses / my money!
Answer: They are a legitimate company which is managed poorly.
Answer: After calling them several times many of which I was put on hold only to be disconnected I finally get through to a representative. Not an easy process at all
