I love your chairs and accessories

I ordered 7 of the HR Flex. One of the chairs was damaged during shipping. All it took was a picture and an email to customer service and a replacement was sent immediately. Very happy with the quality of the chairs and equally happy with the customer service I received. They absolutely stand by their product. Never had to chase them, as they followed up every step of the way.

I was anxious to buy my first set of theater chairs, but was concerned to buy without seeing them in person or sitting in them before purchasing. Tom did a great job of determining what I was looking for and guiding me to the right model and helped me get comfortable with the product without sitting in it based on the history of the customer satisfaction with the model. He was right and I really like my chairs.

Site is easy to use. Swatches were quickly sent as requested. 2 sales persons tried to contact me to offer help. White glove service is fantastic. Took 24 days to receive.

Quick and easy

The shopping experience was quick and easy. My complaint is that the 2 snack tables that came with our chairs is horrible materail; does not come clean. Upgraded to aluminum; which are ridiculously overpriced...but should be much better!

The chairs we received are high-quality and in perfect condition, and the only issue we had was a delivery issue. On the day of delivery, the truck arrived with the back door jammed and the chairs could not be delivered. We had to reschedule for delivery the next day.

I would prefer t do the survey after I receive my order.

I like that you listed the diameter size. Took a long time to ship. Even after confirmation.

Order included trsys that we're miss placed. After calling with regards to miss placed items. I received trays within a few dsys. Great customer service and follow up!

I hope that these are, in fact, top grain leather because the set I bought before was supposed to be "premium leather" and ended up being more like bonded leather.

The product came really fast and service was great.

Quality and comfort are excellent. Set up was very easy. The only issue I had was a requested delay on shipping as I was called out of town. That didn't happen but I was able to make arrangements easily so no big issue.

I was disappointed in the miscommunication about when my order would ship. I placed the order and received an email saying that my order was confirmed and would ship out in 10 to 14 days. I then get a phone call and email saying that I needed to call the Theatre store to confirm the order. Don't send an email confirming the order and providing a ship date and then communicate that I need to call in to confirm.

Purchased the Contour seats. They are perfect. Sales staff were great. Love these seats. Very comfortable.
