I had a great experience from buying to delivery! We placed our original order online. We then second guessed ourselves so we called the house, spoke with a guy in the ski department who helped us change our original order. We got great advice, and got a much better deal. They far exceeded my expectations!

Firstly, i have been a house customer for some time (since early trusnow days), my gripe is not so much with the items received or slow shipping (they advise in the order that ground shipping takes time - which is why its free), but the fact they cancelled my entire due to a billing discrepancy and would not reinstate the order when queried - the email response was pretty much "tough sh#t - its cancelled". I called the customer service line and was put through only for call to be dropped / terminated as it must have been close to closing time (it wasn't after i checked). Extremely unhelpfulul when the clock is ticking on sales day. This would have gotten a 1 star review, however i again called the customer service line the next day who helped rectify the discrepancy and MANUALLY redo the order again.
I understand that online shopping has tighter margins that brick and motor stores but its the customer service that differentiates the online stores otherwise we'll all just move over to Amazon for our items.
The House i hope you are listening. Contact your customers to speak with them first.
Got everything i ordered in a timely manner and my freebie was a cool perk. The only thing i wish is that i could choose my freebie at checkout (i have a bunch of headphones already :/ )
I placed my order on line and used the online chat to help determine what I needed. I typed back-and-forth several times because I was unfamiliar with the equipment I was trying to order. I then got referred to call customer service on the phone and they were able to put together a terrific package for me at a great price.
Quick shipment, and product was exactly as expected. I would order snowboarding gear from the house in the future.
