I ordered a set of skis from the pre-season sale, which was not well-labeled. I had to ask two staff members for more information and got conflicting answers about the skis. After deciding to order anyway, the skis arrived very fast - in a plain, long, white box with no packing materials whatsoever. The shrink wrap holding the skis together had shredded in transit, and they were loose in the box, causing some scratching, and the box itself was bent as it was very flimsy.

The skis turned out to be decent despite the scratches, and I am looking forward to using them this season - just wish a bit more care had been taken with them before they reached me.

Online ordering is super easy and they have a great selection at wonderful prices. Very happy with the customer service "pop up" chat box to answer some questions for me as I made my purchase decisions. I bought my first "house" brand snowboard through them almost 21 years ago. Easy to navigate and plenty of info regarding the bikes and very fast delivery. Now as for the bike I got, the Framed Impact XL, which I really do like but have had to make some modifications to it. First off, the seat it comes with is crap. It's a very uncomfortable piece of hard plastic. That was the first change I made. Next, the tubes and tires had to go. I'm sorry but if you're making bikes for bigger guys then put some bigger tires and tubes on it, not the skinny little tires it came with.
