The site allowed me to purchase a book and it took more than a week before they notified me that theY could not fulfill it. Still waiting to see if they charge my card. It is pending.

Unfortunately the items shipping process is over the timeframe stated. As of today, the postal service still has not received the item. It has already been over 14 days.
Shipping took awhile and it was difficult to track compared to other sites I have used.

Easy to find books and they are always delivered fast. And the return dates align with my school's semesters so I never have to request extra time ($) like on some other rental sites.
I had very quick responses from the support team. However i was trying to cancel an order and was unable to. I have been told that the package was delivered and i have still yet to recieve it. I still have not been able to return or refund or cancel my order.

The tracking states: "We were unable to deliver your package at 10:56 am on September 7,2024 in HILLSDALE, MI 49242 because the business was closed. We will redeliver on the next business day.
