I ordered a textbook for my son and needed it ASAP. I called one week in when I couldn't find tracking information and was told that it "takes time to get to the warehouse." Two weeks in, my order got cancelled because it was out of stock. Pleae don't sell me someting that I am dependent upon and lead me on to belive that it is coming, when it is, in fact not coming. Now I am weeks behind in locating a book and having it sent to me, all the while my son is having to proceed in his class without a textbook to read.

This order had technical issues in our warehouse management system and after working on it for some time the Technical Team determined it could not be fixed, and had to cancel it. We know that this delay has put you behind on your school work, and we again apologize for this very frustrating experience.
Also, unfortunately expedited shipments are not available when the item doesn't ship from our main facility.

My order was cancelled with no explanation after being delayed. I needed the book for a class and was left to scramble after intentionally placing my order sufficiently early
It took 5+ business days to be informed that the textbook I purchased was not available. The product should not have been advertised on the website at all if it was unavailable, and I should not have been informed of this fact an entire week after purchasing. Will never use this platform again.

It is the best I love the simplicity and efficiency. I needed books and got them for very cheap.
Purchased a book and waited 3 weeks. Wrote customer service twice and they wouldn't even look into the situation. Just kept telling me it will ship eventually and no cancellations. Supposedly they have different warehouse locations that they have no contact with... Then poof, cancellation email comes in. This is a terrible company, don't waste your time.

Answer: My main complaint with this company is that they agreed to take my returns/trade-ins that were brand new books, but then later they said the (new!) books were unacceptable and refused to say why. They sent them back to me and I sold them to another company, who gave me no trouble or shady answers. I would suggest Amazon student- they deliver exactly what that say, and are fair about returns and trade-ins.
