Can you please change the Mac and cheese back to craft but otherwise it is great. So keep it up just please change the Mac and cheese
After a very bad meal at this location, we returned on a Wednesday at early dine. Our favorite waitress, Ashlynne, waited on us. She is the most amazing server and person. She makes sure everything is perfect. We never have a problem when she's there. She even orders our drinks before we sit down. I wish all servers were as attentive and knowledgeable as her. She is definitely one in a million. Thank you for restoring our faith in Texas Roadhouse. We'll probably be back next Wednesday. See you then, Ashlynne.
At every TRH, you are forced to endure the slow walk to your seat with the awkward questions from the hostess. Nobody likes that. Please stop.
Here today at Novi Mi location. Waitress Brooke was great but the manager Bruce came around to all tables in my area greeting customers and telling them thanks for coming in. Yes I was the only African American in the are. He proceeded to every table and passed by me and went to the table next to me and on to the tables behind me. I brought this to Brooke and Mgr Stephanie's attention and yes they were apologetic but should've have to apologize for Bruce (mngr) such behavior… apparently they went and talk to Bruce and he later comes to my table and said he was sorry but the reason he didn't stop at my table is because I had a salad and he didn't want to interrupt me WOW is all I could say.
I went to Texas Roadhouse with 2 friends. I didn't mind the wait. But we got seated and 4 tables came in after us and all of them got their food and we was still sitting there waiting on our food even though we had been there long before the 4 other tables. We waited for a refill of water for 30 minutes. The waitress kept running off and taking forever to come back. When she would come through she wouldn't offer to refill our drinks. We had to stop her and ask her and we had to stop her and ask about why 4 tables got their food before us. Finally we got our food and the steak I ordered well done is pink inside. I just asked her to take it off my ticket. So needless to say I set there all this time just to eat an appetizer and not once did she even apologize for the mistake.
Waiter been not getting food to people. Waiter been just walking around. This is so bad I wish they could be a manger here
Visiting the Texas Roadhouse in Coconut Creek FL, we found the music so loud you couldn't talk to the person next to you let alone across the table. After numerous attempts asking the music be lowered, all of which we obviously ignored we decided this would no longer be a restaurant we would do further business with. Too bad, the food and wait staff are great but just way to noisy to enjoy your company and meal.
Experience was horrible, for a table of 6 made us wait almost 2 hours to seat us and half and hour to bring us food before deciding to leave and only pay for the drinks. When we were sent a text that our table was ready they told us to wait a few minutes to get us seated we, they made us wait 10 mins and people that were there after us were getting seated before us. We had to bring it up to the employee taking people in, three times before actually seating us at our table, after making us wait a while for our waiter we told them our order, it took more than half and hour for our food to come and people around us already had their food even the ones who came after us. We noticed a lot of racism while waiting, only white people were getting their food and drinks at a quick rate even if they had the same food we ordered. We got up and left cause everyone around us were already eating except us, called for the employee or manager to explain the situation about the waiting to get us seated and for the food and told us we didn't have to pay for any of it.
Ordered "to go" at 5pm, to be ready at 615. Arrived on time. NOT ready until 655 - said they 'couldn't find me', though I had sent FIVE replies to their "food ready" msg. Potato half-baked, steak barely warm, "running short on rolls" (that meant -0-). They gave me a coupon for an appetizer. WoW... unimpressed.
Won't be eating there anymore. When they start charging $1.99 for the use of the kiosk, it is time for me to go. The meals cost enough without adding an up charge for this service.
You don't accommodate seating more than the eight and if you do you put them elsewhere away from their own family. What a joke …people come out to have dinner with their family they should be accommodated, even if it Has to be by reservation so you lost business of 12 people.
Out of five of us four meals were ice cold and one rare when it was suppose to be medium the waitress agreed and took it back but everyone else was done eating by the time we got it back. Manager Courtney came over apologized but did not offer a discount or anything. You would have thought they would have offered a free appetizer for next time or $10 even off the meal. Service wasn't very good, manager was not great and we waited a long time for our drinks and then again for our cold meals. We eat at the Augusta Maine one often and never had a bad meal. This makes twice for this location doubt we will go back.
We have been to the Texas Roadhouse in Bloomingdale, IL several times. We have put up with the number of times their cooks made mistakes, but this is the last straw. Ordered Smothered Chicken with the mushrooms on the side and cheese sauce. Each time this dish was ordered, they did not put any cheese sauce or gravy on the chicken, making it very dry. Jenna was our server at table 215. She should have noticed that the chicken wasn't right, but she never stopped by to ask how our food was.
I m here now
This guys r so crazy
No one listen
They r so bad that they r bringing me wrong stuff
Food is so late
They brought me food with meat
It was fast and easy to obtain the gift card we wanted it was not complicated at all and it went directly to my apple wallet for easy use
Was there today and a cockroach was in the napkin needless to say I got up and left and will be calling the health department Monday morning
What a TERRIBLE experience our party of 20 had in Mcallen Texas… we waited an hour to be seated when we had reserved a table. They said ALL our party of 20 had to be present or they were going to give our table up. We had 18 people present…. We were missing 2 people! So they gave our tables away and we had to sit outside and wait one hour! Will not go back
Our steaks were over cooked. Both of us ordered medium rare and we both got medium to almost well done.
I went to Texas Roadhouse a couple weeks ago. Although the food was acceptable, their concern for customers leaves a lot to be desired! I chose to pay for my bill using the computer on the table (the one with games on it). It changed the amount I entered for a tip, making it close to $10. When I brought it to the attention of the waitress, she said she'd take care of it, but two weeks later, I'm still waiting for them to refund the difference. I don't appreciate thieves or liars and will NOT be giving them anymore of my business!
I attended this Texas Roadhouse, and so had already eaten dinner, but I came for the scrumptious bread and their delicious Big Ol Brownie. Two items on the menu that never fail to impress. I came with friends and they all ordered meals, however since I already ate I just asked for dessert and the waitress continued to roll her eyes in disgust at my request. She didn't even go back to the kitchen before she returned to my table informing me that there was no brownie. She lied. Then I asked for more bread and she told me she could not do that for me. I am disappointed and upset and this service.
