Texas Roadhouse

I have visited the "Road House" in Concord NC for quite some time. I travel and your bar staff, Becky, Anthony and another young lady do an excellent job. They converse with the all customers, work extremely well with each other are very attentive to patrons, including knowing their customers "usuals" and their names. Being In the business and as someone who appreciates good service, every time, I appreciate all the above. It definitely makes a positive difference. Food is always great too!

Yesterday, sunday, 12/19/20 my husband and 2 older daughters and I, each ordered,"Origional Margheritas w/o the sour mix and a "1800 " shot of tequila, as it is too sweet for us. You would have thought we asked for something unattainable! Our waiter gave us an extremely hard time, so we politely called for a manager for help. Her name is Christina. ( she said she was the owner). She gave us a new server and said " no problem". When the bill arrived we noticed she charged each of us, $14.00, for what should have been a $9.50 cocktail, and never once told us prior to receiving the bill that it would be more money! When we asked her why she charged us more, she said they had to put in more alcohol to fill up the glass, which was now loaded with ice. It actually tasted very weak. We were all not happy and she proceeded to get loud and began to argue with us. It wasn't a good look for her, as everyone nearby was having their dinner interrupted. I told her, since she never told us it would be $4.50 more, we felt it was wrong, and would only be paying what we should have been charged. She then said, she would call the police! She escalated the situation to a fever pitch! We paid the bill of course, just to end this craziness. We told her that, just last week we went to the Deerpark location and had No Problem whatsoever. Our waitress was a doll, and we had a great experience! She called us liars! She even called over to that location to check if they do such a thing. Obviously, they did, and they do! The whole experience was plain awful!

This is the second time I've gotten to go. I have always gotten their 6 oz. FILET. Both times the steaks i went for "to go" they were VERY small and NOT filets. The last steak was so sm. That there was no way is was 6ozs. Before it was cooked. I thought they left it out. It was hiding behind my potato. It used to be so tender you could cut with it with a fork. Now they are so tuff I couldn't even saw it with a knife. It was so sm. There was no way they can cook it med rare. The steak was med. Well except for one bite right in the middle. That was the case on both steaks. It was almost like the meat were they use meat glue to hold together pieces of meat. These WERE NOT FILETS. TUFF AND GRISTLY. $19. For tripe. This was my favorite place for steak.:. Not anymore!

Went here last night. I ordered the veggie plate. My sweet potato wasn't cooked at all so I couldn't eat it, also the steak fries had so much salt stuff on it I couldn't even eat it and for the 2 fries I ate it was so salty that it cracked my tongue. I would avoid those if possible. I won't be ordering those again. The window people you get your food through were very nice. I did ask for extra croutons when I ordered and also at the window, I was assured they were in there and they weren't.

I ordered a whole meal to go. I received my food and asked was everything in there and I was told yes. Well once I got home I was missing my baked potato and called just for them to tell me there out of baked potatoes. It's the fact that they didn't let me know when I picked my food up and then I had a worker call to tell me that the potatoes was missing literally a hour later and as I explained to her that I called already she continued to say " oh well we're out of potatoes" then hung up in my face. I called back and the Manager got on the phone and made up a whole excuse of the phones just hanging up but if that's the case why come she didn't call back again. Definitely will not be ordering to go again!

Me wife and I ate at the Logan, Utah Texas Roadhouse recently. The steaks were mediocre but that was not the main problem. The waitress criminally doctored our charge receipt and added her own extra tip. We left her a generous tip in cash but she wanted more. She also told us the gift card we tried to pay with had a zero balance, not the $50 it should have had. We realized this was a theft after the receipt had been scammed. We talked to the owner the next day and he basically defended the employee and failed to follow up with us as promised. My wife and I will not patronize this Texas Thiefhouse place again!

We started off by checking in through the Texas Roadhouse app-so ea.sy when we made it to the restaurant we had a quick sign in and was seated promptly. Our waiter showed up, couldn't have been a nicer person Mr Ryan took care of all of our needs making sure we didn't even have to ask for anything he was on it he was on it like white on rice is what I say, he was courteous and generous and complete gentleman. It was a great ending to our day of shopping wouldn't have had it in the other way! Thanks Texas Roadhouse of Chillicothe and a big extra thanks to Ryan who made our dinner special!

We went out to the outlets to shop and decided Texas Roadhouse sounded great so we had dinner there... we had great service, the food we ordered was correct and hot. We really enjoyed our meal!

First time visiting Texas Roadhouse in Saginaw, Mi. It was excellent. The food had great flavor, the prices weren't bad & the service provided by Alicia was great! Would definitely recommend, & we will be back.

Pre-ordered rolls for Thanksgiving. Waited for over an hour with the window staff taking an average 10-15 minutes per customer to check out. WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN. The worst!

Last night I took boyfriend to Texas roadhouse for his bday and after it took over an hour to get our food our potatoes were so cold the butter wouldn't melt. Mine wasn't done. His steak was cold. My ribs had no flavor and over cooked. The manager comes and she's STRUNG OUT ON SOMETHING! Her hair looked like it hadn't been brushed in a month. Her make up looked like she put it on last week. When she talked she couldn't stop figgeting! You know when someone is on drugs! Instead of giving us this meal free since WE DIDN'T EAT IT all she could do was give us a card for 2 free meals. Thing is she had to write on it and she did that in MARKER. She shook so bad couldn't read it. Not even the waitress could. We had his son with us so a meal that wasn't eaten cost me $85.00. We love Texas roadhouse but better get better management there or this woman will close the place down! For this experience I give them 1 star and that star goes to our wonderful waitress!

Went to Texas Roadhouse in Greenwood for my granddaughters birthday. Got there and checked in ask for a table for 3. They said is your party here and I stupidly said no they are on their way and was told POLICY is we dont seat incomplete parties. So i sat and waited. Meanwhile I saw groups come in and be seated but the kicker was when I saw multiple incidents of 1 or two people walk in bypass the hostess desk and walk on in the restaurant. Obviously stranglers to incomplete parties. When I complained to the hostess she called the manager and when i confronted the manager with this her comment was "you dont know what they are doing walking in" Well they sure weren't coming in to use the restroom. So the trick is LIE and tell them your whole party is here rather than be honest if you want to get seated. They lost money on the drinks I would have had while waiting, the waitress we would have had lost a good tip and I will never return to that particular Texas Roadhouse again.

Went to texas roadhouse in Shakopee today, not impressed, the one in coon rapids is way better.
Over an hour wait, music is way to loud, burger didn't taste right, and I had to ask for the complimentary peanuts that are supposed to be on your table. They brought out a small paper bag of peanuts. Tables are tiny and not adjustable. They may be a nice place as a whole, but this one was not worth it.

After two attempts to eat at Texas Roadhouse in Jefferson City, MO, we will not try again. First attempt was to make a reservation 4 days ahead of our arrival for 8 people. The hostess said we could not be seated until 9:30. Okay. Second attempt, we decided to show up and hope we could get in after 20-30 wait. Your hostess said she could NOT seat a party of 8; however, she could seat 7. (?) If we would split into 2 groups of 4 each she could seat us, but we would probably be 20 minutes apart. (There were empty tables.) She acted like she did not care if we were there or not, so we left and had a nice meal at Longhorn Steak House. You are asking for a "proof of purchase." There was none.

It's nice to know that Veterans are only appreciated if you show up between 11:00 to 2:00 pm to get a voucher to use at some other time, pretty disappointed in Texas Roadhouse.

November 10th 2021 at 4pm, my daughter and 6 others showed up and reserved 2 tables fir a total of 12 people. They seated 6 told 1 he had to wait for the other 5. Myself and 2 seniors showed up. We had others on the highway about to get off and show up to make more than 12. The others never got a chance to come in. After waiting 30 minutes with my senior mother I asked if we could be seated since the table was ready and we could order appetizers and drinks while we waited. I was told 3 times no. That the complete 12 had to be there. So I asked to speak to another manager because the lady manager on duty was seeming to be a little rude and agitated. Like we were bothering her. Then comes a man claiming to be the other manager. Explaining the situation to him which he was very aware of it. He was very stern in saying no we couldn't be seating even after asking the lady if we could sign up for seating for us four. Still being told no we needed to wait for the rest of our party. The man manager told us he was doing a favor because he was loosing money by the table being empty in which it was his refusal of seating us. So I said what are you saying? You don't want our money because we are trying to sit and eat and it just continued to go down hill. The other employees that was seating people wanted no parts of the situation. One couldn't even answer a question because they didn't wanna answer wrong. Him telling us that he was loosing money was a lie and him doing us a favor was a even bigger lie. We were spending our money! We gather up our party and Longhorn Steak house was happy to have our business. Kudos to them for saving my big day. A total of 25 happy patrons! My birthday was almost ruined!
Texas Roadhouse must do better!

First we were told it was a 15 to 20 minute wait, that was fine. But after 20 minutes and we saw several parties be seated before us (party of 2 at 5:15 pm) my husband went up and questioned the hostess and we were immediately sat. There were 4 empty booths that set only 2 people. Si why did we have to wait 35 minutes? Waiter cam, took our order and everything pretty much came to the table ALL at once. Didn't even get my liquor order until after I got my salad. Literally took 5 bites of my salad and our steaks came! He plopped those down with the bill and never saw him again until he came to pick up my payment! In the meantime we asked another waitress for my husband's steak sauce. And he never offered us more rolls either. Luke we were rushed to get out of there. I, also found a baby roach crawling up the menus and showed my husband. Hos comment was... oh well he won't eat much and he flipped it off in the floor.
After a long day at Duke, I just wanted a nice Relaxing meal. This was not that by any means. I will think twice about ever dining here again after a long tiring day. This visit was So not relaxing, by any means. Just not what I expect from a higher end restaurant! It will be quite soon time before I take a chance and dine here again. I've always really liked this place, but not anymore. There are too many eat to eat without taking this chance again!

I would rate them a -5 if I could. My grand daughter is a current employee who was hurt on the job and they have harassed her every day to come back to work even though she is in excruciating pain. They call her on a daily basis asking her to come in an hour before they want her to work. She has been treated horribly in spite of letting them know she is in terrible pain. What is wrong with these managers treating her like that? Where is compassion toward an injured worker. I will never frequent Texas Road House again and neither will any of my family members.
How can these people live with their selves?
