Texas Roadhouse

I sit inside and I give it a 5/5 because it had grate food, it took really fast to make the food and I loved the designs and all that. You should go to the restaurant %100 it has the BEST food!

I've been going to Texas roadhouse since they opened in Tinley always had a good steak. Ordered ribs a few times very good. This time around my son and I both orders ribs. When they came I was disappointed right off the bat. A full slab of ribs are usually 12 bones when they came there was only nine bones so I got the manager and was told their ribs are 10 or 11 bones. I said check our orders out we only have nine bones. He understood and brought us five more bone ribs. OK I was satisfied with that now comes the most disappointing Point they were very fatty. Are used to have very good ribs all the time there this was the first time that the ribs were so disappointing tasted like a very very cheap cut of ribs. I would recommend passing On the ribs. A disappointed customer!

Food was good. Forty minutes for the drive through. Seems they need a new plan. Of course everything was cold.

I ordered a regular cheeseburger and house salad. The salad was great. The cheeseburger well done was hard as brick. I became I'll after I ate only half. Will never order a burger again. Will stick with steak m salad. Still feeling that burger ugh

I ordered food at 7 pm to be picked up at 8:15, I sat in my car as instructed by their sign for 25 minutes.
No one came out, as I tried to call numerous times to talk to someone, no one answered.
I went inside to cancel the order, I received rude and nasty attitude from their manager in which wouldn't give me her name.
A similar situation with them happened to me a few days prior.

I was Assaulted by two servers at a local Texas Roadhouse over a political argument with another customer! Employees choked me from behind twice! Spoke with corporate who said basically "sorry" but nothing we can do! Publicly humiliated and had to seek medical help afterwards. Spoke with a Bethany Cantrell who argues and said I shouldn't came back to the place like it was my fault an employee who was never even spoken to decides to assault a customer! No wonder the company rating is going downhill and the service is getting worse! No training or respect for the ppl who pay this company. If you ever go here don't sit with your back to them you're liable to get choked for no reason! Now I have to sit against the wall afraid that I'm gonna be hurt again! Where is the new CEO or someone that's willing to make it right and also do something with these employees who care less about customers safety and more about a pay check!

Service and food was excellent! Our server was Eva! Thank you! Clean, we were spaced 6 ft apart, everyone was very friendly.

Please do not waste your time going to the nastiest restaurant. My daughter had to black hairs in her salad. The steaks tasted like they got them from a walmart closeout. Full of gristle. And it looked like someone ate half my chili. I went to say something and found the kitchen manager on his phone with the same gloves he prepared out food with wiping his face talking to cooks with no hairnets mask and talking on their cellphone while drinking with. Same gloves they prepared my food with. I will never step foot in there again. Plus I'm sure the health department will shut them down

I used to love this place great food not now ribs over cooked hardly any BBQ sauce taste isn't the same mash potatoes no gravy and the other had hardly any gravy on it I called in take out order couldn't eat rolls were doughy it went into trash $45.85 gone must have high school kids cooking the food won't eat there again just do better! We went to the location on Highway 90 in Milton, Fl. We were seated at 8 pm. Although open until 11:30, they were out of prime rib. It took 30 minutes to get a drink. The other drink ordered for my mother never arrived. When we spoke to the manager, he blamed us for coming too late for prime rib, took no responsibility for the botched drink order, was rude, and condescending. When I told him I wanted the order cancelled and requested he comp the one drink they did bring, he refused. I tried contacting their customer service number and listened to promotional 5 minutes before being redirected to a website. When I went there, there was no way to submit a complaint. By far, the worst restaurant experience of my life!

Me and my children sat for one hour and a 1/2 our food was cold the kids ate it because at that point they were starving anyway my bill was $80 we won't ever go back again disgusting

We have been going to Texas Roadhouse for years, not just the one in McAllen, but several locations. However, we went to the location in McAlle and was disappointed for the first time. One of the steaks was so tough that it was sent back (we have never done this anywhere). I ordered the sweet potato, got a regular potato instead. I mentioned it once, but was not addressed, so I ate it and said nothing else. I was very disappointed because it was a special birthday.

Terribly run operation. Long wait to get the explanation that "the kitchen is busy tonight," then a longer wait still before the second chorus of "well, the kitchen is really busy tonight." The fact is that the Texas Roadhouse in Camp Hill is just not well run. I saw one family walk out as their food came out. The adult female told the server to "Keep it. I'm done waiting." as they entire family headed for the door. If you can't service the customer volume then don't fill the tables. Or is the attitude go something like "Fill every table. Take the profit. They'll put up with us or we don't need them." And a tip for the manager: have someone grab a mob and run it across the bathroom floor occasionally. A real restaurant manager once told me, "If you want to see how clean the kitchen is just pay a visit to the men's room."

We've been to Texas Roadhouse a few times, was pretty good. We've ordered pick up, got a couple of cheeseburgers and were told they don't have mayonnaise for the burgers. Never been to an establishment that serves burgers but offers no mayo.
They say their Ranch Dressing is made from scratch, how? I thought you used mayo to make Ranch, for most part.
My husband had to stop off at corner store and get some packs of mayo.
The fried pickles could have been much better too. Cold and soggy.
Rattle Snake bits okay but more like Hush Puppies.
Please start serving mayonnaise! I know we aren't the only one's who prefer mayo on our burgers.
The rolls and cinnamon butter were the best part of meal.

My wife & I had great food and our server Phoenix provided us w/awesome service: diligent and joyful

Yesterday 12/28/2021 I experienced the most horrible service and food. I order 5 steaks and only one came out correct. The prime rib I ordered looked was so raw it looked like ham. It was disgusting it should of been medium. I ordered 2 plates of sirloin and ribs. Only received one order of ribs without the sirlion im not sure what type of raw steak it was bc we ordered medium. No ribs were received. The order was supposed to be ready at 545p. We did not get our order but had to wait over 30 minutes for Ceasars salad. Which did not contain any dressing and were given house salads. We were also given no sides for out loaded potatoes. I spent 135 and even tipped. I have another 100 foft card I purchased but I refuse to go back. I even tried calling several times and was transferred several times and hung up on. My dogs ate good last night

The barbecued ribs here are absolutely wonderful! There aren't enough stars in the sky to give them a proper rating! It's best to let ‘em slide right off of the bone and right down your neck! Enjoy
