I hope u read these negative reviews before purchasing. They took my money for a stupid lifetime license that does not work on my laptop. I tried to download and it didn't work out and I can assure you that they do not refund because they know their services does not work. My 124 dollars is stuck somewhere and they have vehemently refused to refund me. PLEASE STAY AWAY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I'm very pleased to say that I wasn't expecting a good outcome but the Tenorshare support team was quick and helpful to get me back on track with my phone. They saved me from having to worry and provided great support immediately. Thankyou will definitely do more business with you!

Do not trust or do business with this company. They clearly advertise a 30 money back guarantee that is complete bogus. Just try to get your money back! They bait and switch you, lie that they cannot give you the credit, and basically refuse to honor their advertisement. It's not worth your hassle. They can't be trusted!

I wanted to buy iPhone unlock software but after purchace I noticed it is Android software.(Thanks to the messy website design)

I did not download the software and imisatly created a ticket ask for refund.

I asked Tenorshare for refund or exchange with correct product.

The refused to help and said all sales are final and no refund.

Horrible customer support and shady business practices by Tenorshare.

I will open paypal claim, will write more review online until you fix this very simple issue.

There are 100s of alternative software doing excact job at a lower price.

Just search and save your time.

Stay away Tenorshare.

I had the lifetime license but that had issue. Can't even sign on. It keeps saying that it can be only used on 5 devices. But I have only installed it on 1 device and it wants me to purchase again.

Does not work as intended - I could not restore my iPhone 15 Pro via Reiboot and support does not want to return money, feels like a total scam. Do not recommend this tool

This company is a joke now. They system use to work perfect and customer service was great not so much these days. It started when they didn't keep their end on a purchase I made. They failed to provide a working product key 24hrs and their policy states they will refund you if they don't provide the key within 24hrs. So I created a support ticket for this matter which they drug on and on not giving me a refund. So finally I just tell them forget it just give me my money back I don't need the service anymore. Their response blew me away they said they were sorry I had issues with the product. Then they say if you contacted us regarding the product key not working they would refund my money but,because I no longer needs the product they can only exchange n for a different product.!? WOW REALLY! The first 3 messages I sent were asking for a refund because I did receive a working product key!

These guys are great they are always super helpful in meeting all my unlocking needs even when I have screwed up on my end they make it right!

This does not work and is a total scam. Support is a joke and guarantee is a joke. Better business burrow better start helping out the consumers with companies like this.

It worked for what I needed. Had some issues at first but realized it was a tech problem on my side but support helped me figure that out.

Don't buy this. It didn't help me when I needed it and they enroll you into a monthly subscription automatically so they can bill you monthly with no way to cancel it until after you've been billed. Ask for a refund because you haven't used it or don't need it and they will say no.

Eu a uso para fazer backup dos devices da empresa e ter o controle dos históricos. A melhor parte é que eu posso visualizar os históricos pelo próprio aplicativo sem precisar subir em um celular o backup. Super recomendo.

I've been using Tenorshare IAnyGo for quite awhile and I've always had a really positive experience. The product works extremely well and the support team is very helpful. I was struggling to set it up, but Natalia from tenorshare was very helpful and had it sorted out quickly. I would highly recommend tenorshare products and especially IAnyGo.
