The site states 30 guarantee, but, buried in their FAQ's is a qualifier that it must be their software error. Their software did not work on my iphone for a problem described as one that they will fix. Asked for a refund after 2 hours of purchase and they said no.

I had given up on retrieving my WhatsApps and other data files from my Samsung 10 Plus to my new iPhone 13. What had happened was that the migration bombed before completion, and therefore none of the WhatsApps and the files were transferred.
