Program didn't work then they didn't want to refund. They said they would give me a lifetime code but never did. Idk ill probably never come back to this software. The whole experience was frustrating.

I originally downloaded Tennorshare Reiboot in the hope that it would repair a couple of faults that had developed in my old iPhone after a software update.
At first I was frustrated because it appeared that the software was unusable without a minimum of a 1 month subscription. However, the company generously offered to send a 1 month registration code free of charge in exchange for a 5 star review. Now I consider that to be great customer service.

I'm using it for a year I've got a problem and they solved professionally, now it's working perfectly

Couple of weeks ago, I had issues with my iphone I had to use a friend's license to fix the problem so anytime I got issues with my iphone I know what exactly I'm gonna do.

I had tried everything to restore the WiFi connectivity issue I was having my my iPhone 6s. Soft, hard reboots did nothing neither did restoring it to a previous backup. Enter Reiboot - did a standard 'clean' and it brought it straight back to life. Fantastic bit of kit!
