When I needed to backup all messages in WhatsApp and transfer them from Android to iOS, I tried a lot of different programs, but all of them either did not work or did an incomplete data backup.

Background
I am currently in eSwatini with very little computer support available, so this product has been very helpful. I was recently given an old iPhone 10 by my daughter which I did not try to use at first. Misfortune struck when somebody stole the other phone and I had to move over to the iPhone as my daughter could no longer remember the password.

This is where Tenorshare has really helped. At the moment, I am on about the tenth re-try of various options, including some very helpful attempts (which unfortunately did not succeed) by Phila at the Apple dealer in Mbabane, eSwatini (previously Swaziland).

The great news is that it looks like Tenorshare's software will be able to do what I could not get iTunes, etc to do. So I am very hopeful and hopefully will be extremely happy quite soon. I will update this review to let you know my progress. Thanks to you Tenorshare!
