Too bad that there is no description of what the fabric is made of. Here in Sweden there is a law that says you have to have that attached to the clothes. Also very irritating that there is no return adress. Very strange.
The clothes are grousely undersized, I could not get my size above my waist. I am concerned that the incorrect size may be in the clothing.
The products I ordered arrived within a week but I was so disappointed with the items. In real life they are not nice, the quality is very poor and I cannot imagine what they would wash like. I returned everything I bought and asked for a full refund.
After a few weeks I still hadn't received a refund so contacted them through their website explaining that I had returned the goods and asking for my money back.
I received a message to say that it could not be refunded straight away and that I would have to wait a while as they had issues with their website. They asked if I would like a credit note instead - I said 'no'. They asked if I wanted to wait as they had new stock arriving - I said 'no'. They then replied saying I would have to wait a few more days if I wanted a money refund.
I eventually got a refund less $30+ for this that and the other - beware and be careful if you decide to order from this company. I would not recommend them.
I bought 3 blouses. Paid. On my account it kept saying not paid. I send proof of payment. Locked ticket but no respons. My blouses was taken off. My mobey cleared and paid to them and no feedback from them. I wish I can give them a 0
The goods are shoddy, cheap and nasty material. I should have known better. No indication of how to return. I ordered in february ready for the summer The goods took ages to arrive and as there was no return information, reluctantly I kept the top. I tried it on fitted perfectly, medium size. Wore it for the first time today June and it split down the back seem. Good job I was at home so I could change. During lockdown we were a sitting target for these shoddy goods.
I have purchased them a cloth and they delivered on the shortest time. Their works communicated you till you got what you have purchased. Highly recommended.
