Not gonna lie but i thought that temu was definitely without a doubt 100% a scam because of how the home page was designed (idk it just looks like them sketchy as hekk websites dyg me). But my friend persuaded me to give it a shot and i stand corrected hahahhaa like its great and have never had a bad experience so far.

My daughter paid with her cash out they ended up charging her cash up and my bank account. I called them so they could refund me and they said that they didn't double charge that it was only taken out of my account but my daughter's account was low the same exact amount that was taken out.

You lost me as a customer after the horrible way I was treated by your employee Leah Sheng. She refused to honor a credit giveaway glitch, which is actually a crime, since the game falsely advertised that I won and then took the prize away. She needs to be fired, if you want temu to last and avoid legal trouble. I am seriously considering suing, if this issue is not resolved. Worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. Cares nothing about the customer or laws. I even asked her four or five time to transfer me to a superior, and she refuses and claims that she spoke to a superior and they too refused to help. But it is obvious she is lying to avoid getting fired, if a superior saw the way she was treating customers.

I dont know why temu doesn't advertise it more or maybe its just not showing up on my personal feed but they sell products directly from great brands like lenovo! I couldnt believe it when i saw it bc the prices were so crazyyyyy but i couldnt resist getting stuff and theyre honestly the greatest! You get legit products from legit brands without the overpriced-ness of it all.

Sort of legitimate scam. All discounts, gifts, freebies are not real.
Absolutely no guarantee that you will receive what described and the amount ordered. The website has a lot of funky features, trying to convince you that you are getting a bargain, good quality at a good price. Well, not the quality and not the quantity that you pay for.
I ordered 3 sets, but received only 1 set. Described as 100% cotton, in reality, not a single string of cotton there! The only good thing about this site is that they refund fast, at least now. Not worthy my time.

Worst customer service ever. They harass you for hours acting like they will help. Then they rudely hang up chat out of nowhere. They refused to give me $.08 that gift box game told me I won, but it never showed up on my account. I even had screenshot proving the prize, but they said that meant nothing. That is fraud. And Temu is pathetic if their customers aren't worth giving them the $.08 they won. I am never shopping here again.

I ordered a few items just to try it out. We'll days after the delivery date still no package. I contacted customer support who said the USPS had my package. Well I pulled it up and showed them they did not. I asked why they would lie about something they knew I could look up? Their response was we didn't lie. I told them I just sent you proof you did. Well I called the usps and they stated that they had provided a false tracking number and it was a scam. Had to call several times and threaten with charges and a lawsuit to get my money back. Do not trust these Chinese businesses!

I had no problem with TEMU until it was time to issue me a refund for a few items that I returned.
It has been over a month now and I still have not received my refund. My bank has tried to find where the refund was re- deposited back into my account, but to no avail.I have been calling customer service and now my calls go unanswered. What a poor way to treat a customer that has spent money with you. I will continue to call until my refund is back in my hand.

I placed an order said it would take 7days, if not they'll pay you $5. I've order a couple times and one order took over a month to recieve. And the other one wasn't complete, was missing half my order

I just received my first order from Temu and you definitely get what you pay for. Their products are cheaply made and some not as pictured. I received oven covers and they are way too big. I have to cut them after I do so they do not fit and look terrible. I received a flashlight super small. I received a shaver, outdoor camera and yet to try it but shaver has a very small blade. The other 2 gadgets are just small and will be fine. Would I ever place another order probably not.

TEMU is my go-to site these days for so many items...and unlike some reviews have said, they have EXCELLENT customer service! The chat function is the best way to go for customer service. Such helpful and uplifting people! I'm really, REALLY happy with TEMU. Sometimes the sellers - not TEMU - will describe something (mostly "stickers") incorrectly (they're just paper cutouts, not self-adhesive) so I have gotten refunds on all of those that were incorrectly described by the seller. Otherwise, every product I've gotten has been well-made, with good pricing. Most items are much less expensive than Wish or Amazon. And as always, it's free shipping! LOTS to discover here...be prepared to shop here a lot!

As an avid temu fan, i think we can all agree that temu has super slow delivery times (no shade just facts) It takes a minimum of 2 weeks to get your order but what i like to think about when i get impatient is that im getting sm more in return:3 free shipping, super low prices, awesome customer service and the neat credit voucher you always get when your orders late.

Not my first time buying from Temu and everything Ive bought were pretty good imo but one thing to keep in mind is that the delivery takes super long like 2 weeks minimum. Don't have a problem for it personally but….maybe dont buy anything that you need asap lmao

I have never had a problem with anything I've purchased and have always been satisfied with the items I've received. Their price adjustment policy is phenomenal.
I have ordered clothes for my kids, clothes for work, and jewelry, as well as arts and craft stuff. I haven't ordered cosmetics or anything. The plus size clothes are cute and comfortable, and I've never run into anything that looks too small once I try it on. The individual seller sizing charts are great.
The only tricky thing thus far has been kids' shoes. It's important to pay attention to the length of the shoe versus the size.
Pictured below are just a few of the items I've received. Each kid is wearing an outfit from head to toe cost me maybe $15 each from Temu. I am struggling enough, so the prices are wonderful.

Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
