I ordered a tee shirt from Tee Spring for the 127 yard sale, it was delivered quickly, but was too small. I sent an email to customer service and explained the problem, they replied quickly,(within an hour) and replaced the shirt with another at no charge to me. They also requested that I donate the first shirt instead of sending it back. What a refreshing idea! Thank you Tee Spring for your great customer service.

It is impossible to speak to a person, if you do not have your order number. Or, contact them online without it. I have an order that did not get a confirmation email, with an order #, so I am unable to return or tell them my issues on it.

I've had issues with this company in the past. I only use it to send my Dad father's day gifts since he lives in another state. This time the item was early and fit perfectly.
Never received the t-shirt, I'm at 29 days after the shipping day and they ask me to wait more...
They offer me store credit if I don't receive it, but I don't want to have two orders not received, one is enough.

The tee shirts themselves are good & the expressions are quite cleaver. But it's always a surprise when one I ordered actually arrives. I see an email when it ships, but neither a tracking number nor expected delivery date. So when it actually arrives, it has been so long since I ordered it I am surprised. I often think it just has gotten lost in the mail. But often it does arrive.
This was the worst experience ever. Designing the tshirt thru the customer tool made everything look great! No size issues, no pixelated concerns, no blurry edges, no INCORRECT and INCONSISTENT coloring within the entire order - everything looked great. The product I received - and the supposed 'replacement' order - were HORRIBLE. Completely blurry image and script and there was absolutely no consistency in color from one shirt to the next! Some girls were blue eyes some were gray, some were peach skinned some were very dark tan/brown! Terrible experience and I'll never use again! No refund, no discount, no solution! I've attached 4 pictures: The first is a side by side comparison of my brother's original order & replacement. Same crappy blurry pixelated quality and varying colors. 2nd pic is my order and just as pixelated and crappy. 3rd pic is what it looked like from the customer design/purchase site of teespring.com. 4th pic is WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE! They said they have two ways of designing them: thru computer or thru screenprint. Clearly this was the computer and not an actual person reviewing and looking at it even after the complaints from the first order. This was a huge fundraiser and people wanted a nice shirt. These were terrible and totally embarrassing to distribute! DO NOT go thru them! It is not worth it!

I had bought a t-shirt from Teespring to wear to a family function. The day it came I was so excited! I turned it inside out and put it in with the rest of the laundry I was doing that day. When it came out of the dryer, I flipped it right side out and became completely upset. The wording had almost completely come off in the middle of my shirt. I sat down and e-mailed Teespring immediately and within an hour I had received a reply back. Gloria was so helpful and understanding of my issues and did her utmost best to set the record straight and make me a happy Teespring shopper once again! I will definitely be buying more from them. They never disappoint!
Shirt was not as bright colors like shimmery as thought and was smaller than expected size up 2 sizes.

I ordered 3 identical shirts that were only supposed to be different in color. 2 of the 3 shirts were correct but one was never corrected. I will never use or recommend this service again
I recently purchased a T-shirt from Teespring.com. When the shirt came in, the size ran a little small and i needed to see what i coukd do to get a bigger size. I emailed the customer suoport staff to see about returning the t-shirt to get a bigger size, but i was told by Robert, from the customer support team, that they can just reprint and send me a new one to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. He then asked for me to donate that shirt to either a family member or someone in need, as it is what their company does for returned merchandise. He has made this whole buying experience with them really enjoyable and I will definitely be buying more shirts from them moving. I appreciate all of their help. Thank you.

They initially misshipped my order. However, when they found out what had happened they reached out by phone and email. They quickly created a follow up order and shipped it out at no charge. They then followed up with additional communication to ensure I was happy with the product I've ordered Because of there great customer service I have order two additional times. The first order arrived without an issue. The second arrives tomorrow.
Bad product. Only thing good was graphic design which washed off after first wash. The only reason I give 2 stars is because it came when it was supposed to.
