I received my shirt in the mail yesterday. The quality was great, but it was too small. I emailed TeePublic this afternoon to ask for a larger size and received a response almost immediately... and on a Sunday! They were more than happy to make the exchange AND they even told me I could donate or give away the shirt that is too small, rather than having to go through the hassle of returning it!
Great customer service and support of artists! Love the selection available. I was looking for something specific to match my medical condition and found the perfect tshirt and matching sticker. I will be purchasing again and have told my friends and family of my experience.
I threw out my RBG t-shirt. Green dye wouldn't stop coming out. Shirt didn't keep its shape. Buyer beware.
TeePublic went the extra mile when it came to making right a wrong. When the incorrect color tee came, they happily refunded my order within minutes. Usually youd have to go through hoops to get something refunded, but TeePublic ensures you are their priority. Great customer service.
This website is truly amazing. Not only do they have countless among countless of designs to choose from, they also have many ways its art can be transformed too. Starting from shirts and hoodies to even cups, posters, and phone cases etc. To top it all off they have Outstanding customer service taking care of you within minutes AND delivering sometimes sooner than it says. 10/10 for me love it!
The shirt I ordered was a little smug. I requested via email an exchange. The response was immediate which is uncommon in this wonderful world of ours nowadays! Not only are they sending a larger size, I can pay the smaller one forward to a fellow Scorpio! Thanks Andrei and Tee Public!
The shirt I ordered arrived bigger than I expected and the color of the tee was darker than expected, so the writing wasn't quite visible. Both issues were my fault for ordering it that way. I debated on just dealing with it, but figured I would at least try customer service. Catalin emailed me back immediately and resolved the issue right away. So glad I reached out to customer service. I order from tee public regularly & always love the products! Now I love the customer service too! -Joey
I really like the idea of supporting indie artists in a more direct fashion. However, shopping for apparel online is always weird because you don't get to see the product or try it on first. I ordered a hoodie in my usual size and the fit was much too small for me when it arrived so I had to submit the dreaded return request. The reps at TeePublic responded and resolved my return request in a couple of hours with no grief, easy peasy. I will definitely continue to shop at TeePublic! This place is dope.

I ordered 4 t shirts from TeePublic. Of course the mail service is slow and that is certainly not the fault of TeePublic, but I had need to contact them twice to ask for status information and for my tracking codes... I literally had responses (very helpful ones) within 5 minutes! I have never had the kinda of customer service. I will be using TeePublic far more often!
I happened to see a shirt that I thought was perfect for my husband. I'm always hesitant to purchase from some place that I've not heard of before because I've been scammed. HOWEVER... TeePublic had something I really wanted so I ordered it. I did pay for quicker shipping because of the pandemic slowing things down, and the shirt arrived in record time. Customer service is super friendly and helpful.
I purchased an amazing sweatshirt for my 12-year-old son. My order arrived quickly and exactly as purchased! When my son tried on the sweatshirt, however, it was too small for him, so I contacted customer service asking if I could exchange it for a larger size. I received an immediate response asking me what size I needed. After I responded, I got another immediate response telling me that it was taken care of and that the new size would be shipped out to me ASAP. When I inquired as to how I should send the original item back, I was told not to worry about it - that the replacement item would be sent to me free of charge (and free shipping!) as a courtesy - and that I should just go ahead and donate/recycle the original item. WOW! That goes above and beyond good customer service! I will order from this company again and again! THANK YOU!
I've ordered approximately 10 tank tops, 3 of them started peeling maybe two weeks into wearing them. I contacted customer service and they PROMPTLY answered back, I sent some pictures in and now I'm getting replacement tank tops free of charge. They are amazing!
Quality fine, speed of delivery fine, sizing way off, ordered medium youth which states generally fits a U. S 13 year old, way too small for a U. K 8 year old, also paid shipping on the order but once it was delivered to the U. K I had to pay an extra £16 to collect from the post office, wont use again, very disappointed

I was so glad I placed my order with Tee public, they were so quick in dealing and delivering my order, I was so surprised to receive it so quickly, the quality was excellent, I'm delighted with this company and their efficiency.
I had a small inquiry, that i submitted through the contact us page. I recieved confirmation of my e-mail in 2 mins, and a resolution to my question in 20 I'm absolutely astonished by the phenomenonal customer service! I will be placing many more orders with teepublic in the future!
I have ordered from TeePublic for years and always loved their quality. I love being able to support independent artists and there are countless amounts of designs for anything you can think of. Recently I ordered from TeePublic and was so disappointed to see that the product of their prints on the 7 sweaters I ordered were incredibly low quality. It shocked me because I'm a long time customer and never had such bad quality. Turns out they changed their printing company and that seems to be what resulted in the poor quality. I brought it up to them and at first they seemed to not care, but immediately after I had 4 different people emailing me telling me they wanted to fix it. I had submitted photo proof of the bad quality prints. What were vibrant colors on their website came to my home dramatically dull, faded, and looking like one wash was going to erase half the print.
The great people at TeePublic decided to fix this. They allowed me to donate the 7 sweaters and let me choose 7 different sweaters to make up for it. This is great because I get what will hopefully be better printed products, 7 sweaters will be donated off, and 7 new independent artists will be compensated by TeePublic (I hope!) for their great work. It's a win-win-win. I just hope TeePublic finds a way to make sure that their print quality is up to par from now on. What was up to par, however, and has always been is their exceptional customer service.

Fantastic interaction with customer service. A true upstanding company. I had purchased a hoodie for my son. I ordered a medium but unfortunately, it was a bit too small. I contacted the company and they immediately responded to my email and are sending out another hoodie at no change AND, get this, no need to send the other one back. WHO DOES THAT? TeePublic does, that's who!
Not to mention the art work on the hoodie was one of a kind and very classy. I will be DEFINATELY be ordering from them again.

I had recently ordered a sweatshirt from TeePublic, which was a little small! I had contacted TeePublic's FAQ support team and explained that my sweatshirt was a little small. I not only got a quick response, but I am very satisfied with the service! I received a generous and kind email that solved my problem. This process was so quick and easy!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
