The best customer service experience I've ever had, i ordered a Drop Dead Fred lightweight hoodie and the wrong hoodie was sent to me and teepublic sent me the correct hoodie at no cost to me with no arguments or hesitation at all thank you so much… satisfied customer..
Purchased a shirt as gift for a co-worker who just received her doctorate and is a small frame. The shirt arrived (size small) and it looked like it would fit a child. I contacted customer service to see how to go about exchanging it (I also needed it to present at a luncheon next week) and they completely took charge! They re-ordered the next size without receiving the too small shirt first and then they let me know I could donate the first one! Now that's a class act!
The onsie I ordered had a decal that looked like the press was not hot enough to make a proper transfer. The lettering is sketchy. Planned this for a baby gift but the quality too poor to use. Shockingly, even after I submitted photos, I was denied a refund. Take your business elsewhere!
Wow! I brought a T-shirt, it arrived a couple of days later, just as described, but unfortunately a bit small for me. I emailed asking if I may exchange the size and they immediately emailed back offering to send me a larger size... free of charge! I even got to keep the original size... perfect for my daughter. What a service! Thanks so much:-)
I ordered a Simpsons hoodie from them, and it was just a little too small. I emailed them to exchange it for the next size up and this was the response I received:
"I'm sorry to hear your Medium didn't fit as hoped! I went ahead and processed your exchange for the new Large hoodie and it should reach you soon. There's no need to send the original back to us—we encourage you to keep, donate, or reuse it

I ordered a shirt off teepublic and it was super blurry and it had a hole in the printing. It was $7 shipping and it was a waste of $7 and time. Do not buy from here.
First time I've ordered from this company... Received the shirt quickly and was very happy with the quality. The communication was wonderful and the customer service was even better. Top Notch Company!
First of all, I haven't seen a better selection of great, varied graphics anywhere. And believe me, I've looked. Equally impressive is the customer service. I had an issue with fit after I received my two tees. Customer service responded quickly and greatly exceeded my expectations. The concern was addressed and corrected right away, at no expense at all to me. I'll definitely be back for future purchases. (The fact that my purchase also supports independent artists is a real pluss for me too.)
I ordered two shirts that I thought would fit, and they didn't. (Thanks, Covid!) Even worse, there WAS no larger size in a V-neck for women. Samuel, the Customer Service manager suggested I get a men's size in a V-neck. Really? They have those? They do. Problem solved, and the shirts are on their way. Just what you hope to happen, treatment-wise, but really doesn't anymore. Thanks for being kind and capable. I will be back.
We have bought 3 custom tees so far, and all 3 were great designs on soft, quality tees. I got the kid size wrong on the last one, and customer service was quick, kind, and generous about sending a new one at no cost, encouraging me to re-use or re-gift the tee, which will be fun and easy to do at the skate park, because the scooter tricking graphic is so cool!
I ordered a shirt as a birthday gift for my brother. My package arrived within five days of placing my order. When I got the shirt it felt like great quality as well as very soft. The image printed on the shirt was just like the photos. Overall I have no complaints! I ordered the shirt from lindquist on TeePublic.
I have purchased face masks from t public that I was very pleased with. They were high quality and a great value for the price and shipped very quickly. Subsequently I purchased a hoodie from them but when I received it I realized that the size was too large. The exchange process was quick and easy and they gave me no guff whatsoever about trading it in for a smaller size. In fact I have never worked with an online company that had such smooth customer service. I highly recommend this company for unique, high quality products and wonderful customer service.
I have used a couple other popular online Tshirt retail companies and stumbled upon TeePublic. I've now ordered a few T's and Tanks and really loving the product, online experience and customer service. The prices and variety at TeePublic are hard to beat and the shirt material quality is great. What has really stood out is the responsiveness of their Customer Support. One order had a size mixup and initiating and exchange was a breeze. Since we're amidst the Olympics, TeePublic has definitely earned the gold.

My wife and I ordered 2 T-shirts and unfortunately my wife's shirt was to small and the next size up. I emailed TeePublic to get info on how to exchange for the right size. Instead of getting instructions I was told the correct size had already been shipped. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The print was great and creative but the shirt itself was crap. Bad sizing and thin fabric. I have to return it.
I rarely make an impulse purchase, but last week I was the White Sox-Brewers game (I"m a life long White Sox fan) and saw a spectator who appeared to be my age (early 60s) wearing a t-shirt that said, "I Still Call it Comiskey." Its a White Sox fan thing. Yesterday my wife and I were at an art fair in suburban Chicago and I had at least three people come up to me asking where I bought this unique t-sheet. Glad to support the artist (s) who design shirts like this.
First time buying a product I gotta say when I wore the product it fit perfectly and soft too I would recommend these products again.
After ordering a shirt on this site, I found out it was too small when it was delivered. I contacted them right away, and within an hour or so, someone reached out and agreed to allow me to exchange it with no hassle or headache. They were very helpful and prompt with everything. With tons of great designs and great customer support, I would suggest checking out their selections.
I ordered tee that was size large, and unfortunately when it arrived it was just a little too big for me. I inquired about a size exchange and assumed they would've had me pay return shipping cost and all that... but they told me that they sent out the new shirt and told me to keep the old one! Some of the best customer service I've ever had.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
