I found a great shirt I was excited about, but when it came in it was too small. I reached out to Teepublic's customer service department and in just a few hours I received an apologetic and understanding response as well as a notification that a new size has been shipped at no charge.
I can confidently recommend the site after the excellent treatment I received.

I ordered a shirt in the past from TeePublic and I was very satisfied with the quality of the shirt and the overall design. When I needed more shirts that were specific to my request I went straight back to TeePublic. For some reason I ordered the wrong size. When I contacted customer service to see about their return policy they actually made the right size shirts for me and told me to keep the other shirts and if I was unable to use them to donate them or reuse them as I see fit.
I was not wanting free shirts, the size issue was my mistake not theirs. But they reordered me the correct size shirts without me even asking. That is amazing customer service and because of the way this situation (my mistake) was handled, I will be a lifelong customer.

I've purchased many shirts from Teepublic and the quality is usually great. Recently, I received two shirts that had some print issues and didn't look quite right. I contacted their support and within an hour a replacement order was created. I received my replacements in 3 days, which considering this is on demand printing is amazing. The replacements look perfect! Their support team deserves thanks, they handled this situation perfectly.

Ordered a T shirt for my brother's birthday. I had ordered the shirt in dark gray. Not reviewing the order closely, I dis not notice the lettering wood also be in gray. When I received my order, I was extremely disappointed as you could not read any of the lettering. As soon as I contacted TeePublic I started receiving responses to my multiple question and continued confusion in ordering (on a weekend mind you including Sunday). The shirt I need is on it's way correctly designed the way I intended it to be.

Great exchange/return experience! Had to exchange shirt and submitted request but before I even received any confirmation I received an email from Andrea apologizing and saying there was another brand new shirt already on the way. I saw there was an unread email confirmation of a new shirt. And I did not even have to return the other shirt. I will definitely buy from TeePublic again!

Ordered the wrong size in a t-shirt - completely my fault. I contacted customer service via email to see if I could exchange it. They got back in touch within hours and graciously told me to keep the incorrect size (donate or gift to someone) and they'd send me the correct size. Didn't even charge me shipping!

With great (so soft!) quality shirts and excellent customer service, I will continue to order shirts from TeePublic!

So I had ordered 2 shirts from TeePublic and was having trouble processing my payment. I reached out for some help and was contacted back SO quickly. They even checked back after I had received my order to make sure it was everything that I was hoping for. Great people working for the company, we will definately order from them again. Plus, the shirts we got were great!

I recently ordered 4 t shirts and thought I had the correct size. Turns out I did not. I followed the instruction on their site, and right away got a reply that they would send me the correct size! I was surprised that they just asked me to reuse, or donate the shirts that were the wrong size rather than send them back. My new shirts are on their way, and I was able to give my friend some new shirts! I will certainly be ordering from TeePublic again!

I ordered what I thought was a shirt for my son and accidentally ordered a adult size m instead. I contacted customer service and without question they are sending me the correct size no cost no issues. So happy with this as it was my mistake not theirs and now I'm going to have a very happy boy. Thanks so much!

I almost never write reviews, however TeePublic impressed me so much by their extraordinary customer service, it made my online shopping experience well worth it!. The way they handled my request for a size exchange that I had to give TeePublic props for cusotmer retention. They made it so easy, were prompt in replying and addressing the issue no questions asked. When I asked about returning for a larger size, as I believe the size I ordered would shrink too much after 1 wash, they said, " that's ok... give it away, donate it, use it". I can see how this could be abused but for a honest consumer what a great way to get repeat business. Worthy of praise and a great review, I will definitely order from TeePublic again while promoting this experience to my family and friends!. Shout out to Caroline and Andreea at TeePublic.
