I ordered a Catzilla t-shirt, which came promptly. The shirt was adorable but too small, so I contacted customer service and they responded right away. They said I could exchange and provided me with a sizing chart to make sure the exchange was the proper size. I dealt with two customer service reps who were both very helpful and professional.

I was impressed with my first order from TeePublic. The postage and delivery was super quick.
Unfortunately I got the size wrong.
When I emailed TeePublic to ask about exchanging it for a larger size the reply was immediate (and from a real person).
TeePublic not only mailed out a replacement T-Shirt there was no need to return the original. Can't ask for more than that!

I've ordered from TeePublic a few times and have always had a good experience. This time, however, a couple of the shirt's designs started to fade/fray. I emailed them with a couple of pictures, and within a half and hour they had already responded and put in a new order for replacements. I expected them to do something to fix it, but I didn't think they would replace them with no questions asked and so quickly. I'm incredibly impressed with their attention

I recently bought a t-shirt from this company but unfortunately it was the wrong size. Tee Republic acted swiftly and professionally in rectifying issue.

I ordered a tee shirt for my grandsons birthday and it was too small so I contacted them for an exchange and they were amazing ensuring they dispatched a replacement immediately to ensure my grandson had his tee shirt on his birthday!

I received my sweatshirt in a very timely manner. It was perfect. I failed to look at the sizing chart when ordering and found that the normal size I usually order does not fit. I asked to exchange it and was promptly informed there would be no issues with them sending me a new sweatshirt. In fact, TeePublic had already set it up for shipment. I can't say enough about the sweatshirt - just in time for the world series! It was so easy to contact TeePublic and their response was phenomenally quick! I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future... go 'stros!

I have dealt with TeePublic on several occasions. I find their product line truly amazing. So inventive and creative. Items and sayings that I could not possibly find anywhere else.
But over and above that, the customer service has been truly awesome. They have always gotten back to me in a timely fashion, and have gone over and above the call of duty.

It is uplifting to find a company that really cares about their customers. Not only their customers but others as well. I needed to return for a larger size Luke Bryan tee. They provide a sizing chart but I did not pay attention just ordered the size I thought I needed. Without hesitation TeePublic addressed my issues and got me the size I needed, without any cost to me. Told me to donate the tee I ordered that was too small. I did. I donated it to Doniphan Current River Sheltered Workshop online auction with proceeds going to help employees pay for their lunches. It took less than 24 hrs for them to make me a happy customer. Everybody won in this situation. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I found a cute T shirt for my grandson - but when it arrived I realised I had got the size completely wrong. T&Cs state an exchange is possible, so I asked. The response was immediate - no problem, no need to return, happy to help. Now, I had ordered T shirts from a different company with a similar problem - and hit a brick wall. You can guarantee that I will be shopping with TeePublic in future. Quality of product is excellent and I love their cheerful, helpful attitude. Brilliant.

As a first time user of this company I am happy to say they are fantastic. I ordered the Tshirt I wanted in a smaller size than I needed and it arrived very quickly. They let me keep my first shirt and shipped me the correct size for free. I can't say enough good things about this company I highly recommend them and will only use them for my future purchases.

Have used Teepublic a few times now, ordered hoodies and masks, I must say firstly the products are very high quality. Quick delivery well packaged and sealed. I ordered a xl premium hoodie but I have longer than usual arm's so the sleeves were too short for me, however I've already received a small classic hoodie for my son and sleeves were a bit longer in proportion than the premium. I contacted customer services and told them about the problem and asked if I could change the xl premium hoodie for a xl classic instead. They contacted me very quickly and ordered and dispatched another hoodie in classic straight away. I'm absolutely amazed and delighted with the customer service, you really can't get better customer service than that. I wish all customer service was like Teepublics. I'm an honest guy and I really highly recommend Teepublic excellent quality products and service. In my opinion the best in quality printed products and service online anywhere.ive also ordered a few more hoodie and t shirts that are on the way, and I will definitely be ordering more masks hoodies and t shirts soon. I got the Star Trek/Ancient Egypt shirt in a Woman's size XXL. Was too small. Very disappointed. I contacted them and told them their size was too small. We emailed back and forth and they kindly agreed to send me a new shirt in Men's XXL! (I had given the small shirt to my daughter). Very pleased with how my situation was handled. Gonna buy more from them for sure!

My t-shirt arrived and loved it but a bit snug. I let teepublic know and a larger size was immediately in the mail. Unbelievable!
