I'm doubtful the 5* reviews are actual customers. Their customer service is below par. Ordered 2 sweatshirts 10/27. Did not receive any confirmation or tracking info by the end of October. Reached out via email and it came back as an email address not monitored. Filed with PayPal. Finally a confirmation was sent. Never received the sweatshirts, lost/stolen. At the request of USPS, I reached out to find out if the package was insured. After several attempts I have yet to hear anything from Teechip. Impossible to get in touch with a human. And all emails are not monitored. Filed a claim, and that came back denied as well.
Being a Baker Mayfield fan since his days at OU, I wanted to buy a sweatshirt with his recent quote "When I woke up this morning, I was feeling pretty dangerous" printed on it. TeeChip produced exactly what I wanted, a black hoodie with the quote printed on it word for word. Perfect! The shirt arrived in less than a week after I ordered it and I couldn't be happier. Totally recommend!
Silk screening was not very good. Quality of tshirt was cheap. Could have done better with an at home kit.
They do not send your items after you pay for them.
I orders $100 bucks worth of stuff and they sent nothing and do not respond to my request for reimbursement!

You cannot return a Tshirt that is too small or that has terrible quality. I got the run around from customer service then was finally told that I could not return the poor quality Tshirt. They think that it is a blend of cotton, no it's 100% cotton. $25 later plus shipping I have a Tshirt that runs very small for what they say for the size. I am disgusted, I have NEVER written a review like this before. It's just a scam.

Ordered two shirts, two different sizes, and they are so different in color. The design is blurred on on one and faded on the other. When we requested a return, they said it was not approved. **** do not order from them!****
This company is TERRIBLE to work with, my order was shipped 2 weeks later than promised. They would not allow me to cancel the order and refused to offer expedited shipping, even after lack of communication and the delay. There is no customer service number to contact and the live chat is a JOKE. Do not order from this company!

The only thing that would make it better silk painted so that the picture would last longer than the decals. I would order from them again.

Ordered shirt and learned standard shipping was nearly $8 added another shirt for shipping to make sense. Received shipping confirmation for both items. Then later received notification they had sold me a short they didn't have. Refused to refund purchase.
Teechip is a ripoff! They toute good quality and what you receive is sub par workmanship and material at best. You cannot seem to reach them, phone line is down, takes forever for "Chat" to go through and the website won't let you finish the claim for refund! They sell TOTAL AND ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! I received a tshirt, was supposed to be a woman's T and recieved a Man's T, grease or oil spot on the shirt... contacted them, they in turn said to file claimbut when I go to finish the claim to click on the button it somehow seems to not work! Hmm imagine that!
Ordered a shirt at 10 PM. At 5 AM the next morning saw an Email confirmation and noticed I ordered a youth which won't fit me. Hit the change order button right away and got several canned responses. Finally they said to go to a website and file a claim to which the website won't let you do it for that. VERY poor customer service and I know I will never buy another shirt from them. I now have a shirt that I want but it is going in the trash.
The first hoodie I received from them was awful, holes all over the print, faded colors, and blurry. I had a better experience with customer service than most of the reviews I read. I sent an email and they almost immediately started a new sweatshirt but it didn't arrive for 10+ days. The second is better but still not great and definitely not a value for the price. I definitely wouldn't order from them again. I think it's a bad business practice to send out such a low quality product and only send something better after there's a complaint.

I ordered one design of one shirt only because I was skeptical I'd get my money worth if I'd get the item at all. They are true to their word and will help you keep track of your order. I plan to buy at least once a month an item carrying my family names until I've purchased them all!
My wife and I love them because it make us stand out. I didn't want to tell them where we got them but wifie told me not to be mean. They fit and look good.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
