I ordered a simple tank top on 8/28/18. I just received it on 9/24/18, nearly a month after ordering! I do not live out of the US. I live in Texas. Not only is this ridiculous but the shirt is tiny, tiny! I ordered an XXL (I wear an XL but wanted to make sure). It is the size of a small! What a huge waste of my time and money! Never will I order from TeeChip again!
Bought tee shirt got it within 7to8 days from when I order it. Great looking shirt for the price. Would recommend tee chip anytime. Shirts do run small though.
The tee-shirt I received was a haines t-shirt. Paid 30 bucks for a shirt that is so thin I cant wear it because its so see thru. Should have used a better brand of shirts. Very disappointed! Just a plain crappy tee-shirt!
I bought my hubby a groot and stitch shirt, he loves groot and i love stitch... So i thought that it would be really cute to buy him the shirt. It got here on Sunday, and he opened it up! And actually started crying! He loved the shirt! I thought that the picture was going to be a médium size, but no! Its large! And I asked for a blue shirt, because my hubby's favorite color is blue.
I fell in love with this shirt! And it got here on time! So that's one of the things that i loved about this website! And I will gladly buy more things from here in the future!

I will never order from them again. They advertised a full phone case for s7 edge at 26 pounds. When it arrived it was just the back part. I contacted them and they said they would 're order for me. Yesterday I received exactly the same item. What a rip off 26 pounds for a back cover! Never again!

Ordered a 2xl thinking there was no way it could be too small - WRONG. Came in and my friend who is 5'2 and <100 lbs couldn't fit in it. Way too small, rough T-shirt and they have a crap return policy.
I'm ordering other t-shirts for other veteran friends that are impressed with the ones I have. I intend to buy another one as soon as I find the correct one again on Instagram. It's the one that recognized the 58,000 plus veteran brothers and sisters lost in Vietnam.
Would be zero stars if this system allows - wait forever for items, then they only send part order, when you ask them where the rest of the order is they just send automatic answer that's its already dispatched! (meaning the first part only)
Their chat is useless - no answer for 10 mins or more, but then they will cut you off whilst you are typing in mid reply after just a few seconds - perhaps it just an automated system itself, because even though you give your order number in the question - they still ask for it again and again!
It's over 6 weeks and they can't even give an approximate timescale of when it will even made/printed - it's just a tee shirt!
Need tee shirt size exchange information. Very satisfactory customer relationship previously. I will mail my received tee shirt saying,"I'm A Good Speech Pathologist I Just Cuss A lot" back to tee shirt address on pkg exchanging the ladies 3x for a MEN'S 3X. I'm very excited to complete the exchange from a ladies 3X for my correct size which is a MEN's 3X. Love my profession and my previous purchases from teechip! YAY!

I'm so in love with this t-shirt... I love both the quality & the detail of the print & can't wait to wear it to show it off. My only suggestion is that you order up a size or even two sizes because it runs small & it's 100% cotton which means it will shrink in the first washing.
I did contact the company about the sizing & they are taking care of it but save yourself time & order up in your first order.
We bought 5 custom shirts/sweatshirts from Tee Chip. Spent $256. Package arrived ok. Quality is below average, looks like some cheap knockoff that you buy from a street vendor. We offered to pay the FULL cost to return if we could get partial, repeat, partial refund. Or we would donate the items to goodwill. Teechip refused to cooperate, we put in a formal complaint through our CC and we lost. TEE CHIP says any order must be questioned within 2HOURS of the purchase... so basically, they can sell crap, you pay, and there is no way you can get any credit back. Terrible service, lesson learned. Guess I can take that box of useless clothing to the goodwill bin now...
My shirt had a RIP in it when I received it... I was very disappointed. For the price I paid it was a very big let down
