I ordered a hoody from little laurel.com then tried to cancel after my credit card company sent me an alert. I reported this fake company to MasterCard and was given this number to contact the company *******041. I called it and surprise, surprise it's a voicemail sending me to Teechip.com. Again I was not able to connect with anyone except through emails which is a huge red flag. Then I hopped on Amazon and found out that these two companies are knock offs. What a bunch of lying thieves. I will be reimbursed by my credit card company but in the meantime I'm going to put this out on social media to try and shut these scumbags down. I have uploaded photos I screenshot from Amazon. This sickens me to the core! Shame on you's!

I ordered two shirts for a specific 5K. I received them two days before the race. One shirt was fine but the other one had half the caption missing (We'll Get There When We Get There) and the colored picture was a white dot. Teechip could not send me a replacement in time so I requested a refund for the one shirt I wasnt satisfied with. They would not refund me my money. I have returned the shirt to them and they have my money. They don't see the problem! I wish I would have read reviews before I ordered and would have clearly seen they are not reputable. According to most of their reviews they have a pattern of RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!
Ordered a shirt and has a word misspelled. Getting the run around about replacing or refunding it. I like the shirt just really wish that they had spelled everything correctly.
I have ordered a ton of T-shirt's online and this is the ONLY company that stinks to high Heaven in customer service. Don't order from teechip!

No confirmation email ever came, no packing slip was included in my order of two t-shirts, the printing is low quality, and shipping took forever. The second shirt was offered on discount, and when I accepted, expecting to be able to review the details before placing the order, it just debited my account. At first, I thought I would just get a second shirt for my husband's birthday, and I could live with it, but when it arrived, it was a women's size 3XL, which no one here can wear. Business practices are not transparent, they won't let me return the extra shirt, and I will absolutely never order anything from this website again.
I really love my shirts I'm a big person and usually have shirts that are a 5xl but ordered the 6xl I love how much room there is I can do everything normal n comfortable love the feeling of being comfortable who doesn't really thank you TeeChip for making the bigger sizes really love my shirts the print and shipping was awesome
I ordered a horizontal poster with a saying on it from a pixzar movie. It came in a timely manner and was just as advertises on the Facebook Ad. I had no problems and would order again if i see something I like in the future.

I purchased the To My Wife Mug. It is just as pictured and she loves it. She is also happy that it is microwave and dishwasher safe.
This "business" is a joke. They deceive their customers with false advertising! They don't even know the material of the shirts your design will be printed on when you buy. They don't even know the actual measurements! They're just selling you the print and after that you get whatever the hell a worker in china grabs before printing the design you picked on it. Poor quality products and customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! It's not worth it!
I love my new shirts. I do wish there were different colors in the "Reading is like dreaming with your eyes open" shirt. The sizing is spot on!

Never again! Terrible support and very marginal products. Ordered two shirts for a cruise and decided to cancel one just minutes after ordering. They told me they were not able to cancel the order due to it being in manufacturing already, B. S. Their own ordering system said the order was still being processed. Bottom line, I received two shirts after I returned from my cruise, so shirts will never be worn. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
I rated this company two months ago after having issues receiving one stupid poster I ordered. Its been two months and still nothing. This site is a scam. They leave your order "in processing". My order has been "processing" for over a month now. (this is after they sent me something totally different than I ordered, this was supposed to be what I originally paid for back in NOVEMBER.
I ordered a poster from this site, took about two weeks to come, which seems long, but they did warn shipping can take up to ten days. The problem I have is that they sent me the wrong poster and customer service will not respond back to me (it's been about two weeks). It all seems shady I don't know how legit this site is.
I love the sweater, I was speechless when I got it!
