This is my third purchase from Tech for Less and they, once again, rate 5 stars! I bought a laptop for my granddaughter at a super price, delivered quickly (with free shipping). She needed help with set-up, and the excellent customer service person made sure that Michael in Tech Support called my granddaughter within the hour. She reported that Michael was kind, helpful and talked her through the steps needed to get the job done. Kudos to this great company - I will be back!

Purchased an Xbox Series S, new, for less than I could find it just about anywhere else. Delivery was prompt and the console, which was a birthday gift, was brand new, sealed, and in perfect shape.

Specific SKU product ordered was delivered at the advertised price in the condition and with all the factory accessories as described in the listing. The shipment and delivery occurred within the advertised timeframe. One of the few online sellers where the product was, and the shipment occurred, exactly as advertised. Also one of the few online sellers that I haven't had to call to follow up about an order issue of one sort or another.

I sent a email to customer service regarding the situation. Within 2 days I received a refund for my order. I must say, I did not expect such a quick response.
