I ordered on 21. Of January with the number No. ******* a pair of jeans, but until now I did not receive it. I wrote to customer service of TBdress, but I did not get any answer. This is not a good way to do business
The dress is amazing, it's way better than expected. I love it. The only thing that I hate it tooks too long to get it almost one month.
I knew something is up when things are so cheap. I ordered 5 different items (top, dress, jacket) but none of them fit properly. Firstly they were made in China and got sent separately do we have to wait for the delivery to arrive. And then once I tried it, the waist would fit but the arms would be hanging. Or it is way too small for me (I'm a size 0 in Canada) so too small for me means like a child size. Maybe if it's 1 out of 5 then it's a bad luck but 5 out of 5 fail? It's a complete scam! Dont want anybody to have to lose their money like I did. I threw all the clothes to the garbage bin

I've bought a Chiffon Short Sleeve V-Neck Women's Maxi Dress, wow, it fits very well and the quality is great. I really suggest you to try the same shopping experience and share yours.
I instantly saw an add for a dress that is similar to what I've been looking endlessly for, online. Once I was at the website, I saw another dress to my liking. This all happened within less than a 5 minute time span. "SpeedRacer fast", as my boys would say!
I bought the dress online without having been able to try it on because the return policy stated that I could return the unworn, unwashed, unaltered dress within 15 days of receipt. When I received the dress it wasn't what I wanted so I contacted the company to return it. They offered to give me a 40% refund provided I send them detailed pictures of the dress and then ship it back to them on MY dime. 40%? No. After much, much, much back-and-forth between myself and the company and many, many scathing reviews on my part, I was finally contacted and offered a full refund, even though I still had to pay for the return shipping.
I'm glad to have gotten my refund (even though I had to fight tooth-and-nail for it) but I will not ever be returning.

Don't ever deal with this company... they are scam. Ordered an item from them mid January and they said will email me the confirmation of shipment but I never received it. When I asked them, they said it's still not shipped because it didn't pass thewquality control and they need to 'redo the item. Until now, there is still no news about my item. It's like I just gave them money for nothing. So, if you don't want to waste your money... don't ever ever order from this company. Please so they stop doing this and stealing money from people... Priscilla

I had a gown made and it turned out beautiful! It came in time and everything turned out very nice. I had to hem it but I had knee surgery and could not wear high heels so the dress was to long. Other than that - I was really happy with my purchase. I just made another order for two more dresses and I pray those turn out just as well as the first one.
