I did everything TBDress asked me to do in order to get a refund on a dress I purchased that did not fit and the color was wrong I took photos of the dress in HD and emailed TBDress three times, and still they will not respond to my emails. I am just asking for a refund, but at this point I would be happy with an exchange for the same value I paid of almost $100.00 for something else. I don't know what to do other than contact consumer affairs and the BBB now.

This company is complete crap. I am a very tolerant patient person but my experience with this company has been a nightmare! I order 2 items from them in the fall and was unhappy with the quality and size was wrong when I received them! I contacted them and they said rather than return the items that they would replace them with items I found fore suitable at a discount. I have since then chosen 6 different items and each time am told that they are out of stock~ even though the items are currently for sale on their website. It's complete crap. The quality of the clothing I received was terrible! This company is a total scam!

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Well 4 months later and i finally started to receive some parcels firstly with a hefty import duty to pay. They make no concession to amend the parcel type, so that you shouldnt have to pay those hefty charges and never mind that its one parcel but individual ones. Excited to finally get some goods you open up packages to find that the item is not as per the one you ordered and some items missing and some duplicated. Then never mind that with the mens clothing i cannot wear anything as its all way to small. Im mostly a medium with my clothes and ordered large and it still does not fit. Dont even bother trying to phone, you get nowhere

Just to warn future buyers TB dress did not post items of mine instead took money from my account for items I did not receive look at email sent by TBDRESS... Dear Privashni Bermal,

Got my refund from my credit card company but that's not the point just be careful when buying through this company. Months go by items never arrived... Heads up

I ordered all my gowns from Tbdress.com. Tina was the one who assisted. I want to thank her for being patient and for her unending support with my orders. I ordered my wedding gowns, bridemaids gowns, flowergirls gowns and my pre nuptial gowns! Indeed all the gowns were in really good quality! I looked amazing with all the gowns i ordered. I gave them all the measurements and have delivered the same. Except for my wedding because i suddenly lost weight but we were able to manage it because it was corset in style. It has been 2 months and they even sent my packet. The order is still: "preparing"
At the end they refunded my money. What a pity I coudn't get my dresses :(

I found this experience very easy and safe. You will get good cloths with reasonable price
