DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. I have been waiting for my completed order since FEB. 3rd. It is now MARCH 11TH. I have had to continually chase customer service to receive any update on my order and each time it is an excuse of, well, we were all gone, well, now we don't have it, well, now the shipment hasn't come in yet. That last "shipment" email was sent on FEB. 26TH. And I have still yet to receive ANY correspondence, the other half of my $100+ order. NOTHING. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. EVER.

I just last night placed an order for my wedding shoes(*******). The shoes are beautiful however when I placed my order my total was a little over $80 with the cost of shoes and the $27 shipping price. However when I received my pay pal alert I was charged $196 for 3 pair of shoes that I did not order one of them are even a duplicate of my wedding shoes. I am extremely upset that I cant get in contact with anyone and none of my emails have been answered yet. I will never in my life shop with them again because I feel they just stole my money. Please be very cautions ordering from this site.

I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. Ordered back in February. Tried to cancel order and was told I couldn't. Was told I could return my items if I wasn't satisfied. Received 1 dress and it was horrid. Looked dingy, had loose threads. They let me cancel the other dress since it hadn't shipped, but only wanted to give back 50% of what I paid. On the item I returned they only wanted to give back 50%. Then they started to negotiate. How about 60% on this one and 55% on this one, etc... I wrote a bad review on SiteJabber and then they wanted to negotiate more. They agreed to credit back the price of the dress which hadn't shipped 100% and 65% on the one I returned. They did credit back the 100% on the dress that hadn't shipped, but I still have no refund on the dress I returned. Over 2 weeks ago, they said they would give back 95% if I removed my negative review on Site Jabber. Then they said they processed my credit. It's now been over 10 days and still no credit has shown... so this review stands! This company is horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! You are stuck with merchandise or only partial credit if you do not want the item. They try some song and dance about how they have to throw away the items if they are returned - I don't buy it! They also did some funny math in the account making it look like I didn't pay as much as I did on my order - but I have my credit card statement to prove it.

UPDATE 7/10/16 As of today, I have still not received a refund for the dress I returned. I have been told twice the refund would be put through and also to be "patient." I have been asked to remove my review and *then* they would put the credit through. Please do NOT believe the positive reviews.

The experience with tbdress is probably the best experience i have had with online shopping. The service i was given by the staff and assistants is absolutely beautiful and i would feel like the world would be a better place if we had more people like them. The quality of the dresses i have purchased from this site has always astounded me the perfection of the design and the quality of the material always manages to put a smile on my face. The only problem is the shipping time it usually takes a long time especially if you buy day dresses it always comes a while after the estimated receiving time. But all in all i would recommend this website to anyone and everyone.

I just loved this dress, I received so many compliments, it was my first purchase at tbdress, definitely will go back for more.
