I was glad to find items that i was looking for and with such a price.

The best part was: Purchased product was delivered on time with all email notifications re the progress, and the product reached expectation absolutely. Actually, surprisingly better than expected.

Ordered 3 dresses that took almost 3 weeks to get here, such a mistake the material so chip and they look horrible. Never again, nothing to do with the pictures. Pple think twice before ordering from this website.

I ordered on March 2nd. I am STILL waiting for my items. Items are still posted a month after they told me it was out of stock and made me choose another! The worst company I have ever worked with. There is a FB group where people speak about all of the issues they have had!

I enjoyed shopping here but i hate to wait a lot of time
I am shocked to read so many positive reviews. My dress was horrible, the material is too thin, no lining even the finishing edge is not sewn with a clean edge. The dress i bought also looks nothing like the dress i ordered. Also it took forever, i was not explecting designer quality but i was expecting to be able to wear it.

This handbag was very nice with great quality as shown. Everything was good but it took some time to ship this product.
I ordered a jacket from them which took over a month to receive. The jacket ran approximately three sizes to small. I wear a women's 1X so I bought a 2X thinking that it would give me room to layer sweaters. The material was shabby and cheap.
It would not fit my daughter who wears a size 10/12/ I contacted their customer service to obtain their return address in Los Angeles, CA. They sent a message to me saying:
You can return it to us for exchange, but it is not a good idea to do that because the shipping cost is expensive and you have to wait long time for it, it is not economical for you.

It is suggested that you can keep it or send it as a gift, buy a new one with correct size at the special link http://www.tbdress.com/?CSID=******* after you measure your own correct size and see the description part for the detailed size chart, we can give you best discount for that before paying.

Well I bought some shoes from TBDRESS I though the size would be great but it was a little too big none of your foult I kept them and it's all fine. However what I dont really like is the time to get it shipped in to the UK and then another payment I have to make to HR because the product is been bought from another country. Overall all good.
