TBdress does have good prices, however the finishing and quality of their clothes is very questionable. I ordered several items ranging from dresses, to shirts to outer wear, all with manufacturing faults. The jacket I bought had two different cuffs, one had elastic band and one did not. The dresses I bought were too short for my height, but I knew it may not fit perfectly since they only have the one size fit all option. Most of the seems were not well finished, lose threads everywhere. I had to manually fix it all. Additionally, some pieces that had to be made on demand were poor representations of what the picture represents, plus the material was not ideal. Again, I re-iterate that you can't expect much from such a cheap store, so I wouldn't bank on quality goods or spend a bunch of money in this store. It's a good store for cheap wear that you're not planning on lasting a long time (one season max). If you are ~5'5 and below, ~120lbs and below most of the one size fit alls will be good for you.

Please can anyone tell me are the items coming from China? Are they delivered with international air cargo? Right why i am asking this is because on 1 st of november i ordered from ebay a coat, wich i saw it on tbdress as well.The problem is is almost Christmas and the coat didn't came. I contacted the seller of course he said be patientbut when i am tracking the pack it says "NuLL" and is blocked in a country for 2 weeks and not moving from there. I asked the seller to return back my money otherwise i'll open a case. Now because I had this really unpleasant situation i am really afraid to order anything from this website, even the clothes are unique and gorgeous. I need a honest opinions guys:)thanks

I decided to give the website the benefit of the doubt based on all the reviews and went for it. I ordered a total of 7 items (2 cardigans, 3 sweaters, 1 jacket and 1 dress). I live in Canada and went with standard shipping. I was expecting to wait 10-20 days but received it within a week, so I was pleasantly surprised. On top of the $22 shipping cost, I unexpectedly had to pay $26 in duty fees with the mailman came to my door.

The downside of the 'fast shipping' was that I got jipped and didn't receive the 1 dress. So I only got 6 items when I paid for 7 items. I have emailed TBDRESS about the matter and waiting for a response.

I had ordered three dresses from the tbdress. The dresses were awesome and of high quality. The prices o the clothes are very cheap compared to other outlets. I really appreciated their service. The packing of the clothes was incredible. The delivery was on time no delay was made. The customer service ensured contact till the clothes were delivered. I wonder what else some other customers need because the service was super cool. The three dresses I hand ordered came exactly what I expected. Tbdress is one amongst many online stores that provide quality service to their customers. Tbdress is one of the shopping areas online where if you need quality service and quality goods you go for. I really was exited with the shopping and would recommend other buyers to get the clothes of their choice from the online store. As for me I will continue to be a regular customer on the store since I did enjoy the service.

I just registered to review this site. I got a parcel Today in the morning at around 10 am. I live in South Africa, when I opened it, it had a package with tbdress prints all over. My dress was well packed under it. I have opened and checked, in fact I have tried the dress and it is cute. I will have it for a Christmas party. What amazes me most is the fact that I ordered it last week on Tuesday. I din't expect it this early but it is here now.

Would not recommend buying from this site again.
I ordered some earrings; the advertisement/description said all 4 pairs would come as part of the deal price. But not only did I receive my items late, I only got one pair of those earrings.
I also ordered a handbag which is meant to be white and RED but it turned out to be cream and pink. The handbag is also a different shape and has much smaller straps than shown in the images.
Definitely got a heck of a load of false advertisement!
Overall, waste of time and MONEY spent on this silly site. Wouldn't recommend it.

I was about to order my wedding dress from them but had decided to do more research just to find out this website is the WORST ever. I had personally only experienced the customer service which happened to be absolutely HORRIBLE. They often replied back stating they were too busy to chat and made me wait long periods before responding and even failed to respond so just with that experience alone I would not recommend ordering from them.
